Great location, fantastic and helpful staff, wide choice of dishes for breakfast (and tasty!). The bathroom & the room were very clean. Bathroom included a proper comfortable shower cabin, which I always prefer to standing in a bathtub :) I could definitely stay there again with pleasure.

A very small minus is the limited number of parking spots at the hotel, but there are parking options in the street and a walking distance parking across the street with plenty of spaces. There’s a loading / unloading 10 min parking spot next to the hotel entrance, so there’s no issue with carrying your luggage anyway.

The location was fantastic. Just a few minutes walk to the centre, the river and the castle. Public parking is next to the hotel and is free during the night so we only paid for a few hours at 16 SEK an hour. The staff were very friendly.

Breakfast ended at 9. We were on holiday so were late up and f er need up rushing breakfast. The room was a little small for 4 people. The bunk beds folded down from the wall so you could save space but my teenage daughters didn’t enjoy sleeping in them as they were uncomfortable and they kept banging into parts of the beds. There was hair found in the top bunk bed.

Excellent location within walking distance of railway station and a good point for me to start my walking expedition. Close to the centre of the town with plenty of places to eat. Supermarket under half a mile away. Nice paths along the riverside immediately adjacent to hotel. An excellent breakfast with wide choice of different foods served early if needed - from 6am on weekdays and 7am at weekends.

The breakfast was awesome. There were so many different varieties to choose from. Everything tasted good as well. The staff at the check in counter was very helpful as well. We got a small ”godispåse” as it was Easter. It was a nice gesture, we felt.

Breakfast was great. Staff were cheerful. Everything fresh and clean. It was very nice to have a boxed breakfast ready for us as the front desk the morning we had to leave for the train station early. It was a pleasant surprise and tasted great!

A bit of a walk in the pouring rain back to the train station but I had read that a hotel near the station was quite noisy so chose this one instead. Getting used to two twin beds being only inches apart! Different than in the US for sure!

Just a great hotel and awesome staff. They were helping us and being very friendly, upbeat and easy to talk to. They even had a ping-pong table and was great to play on. Breakfast was out of this world and 11 out of 10. Supergood, lots of different items and just to please just about anybody vegan, meat-eater or lactose intolerant. We had to leave a day early than what we had booked and Gilda was super helpful in getting that taken care of with Booking.com and all was resolved very amiably. I would definitely stay there again if I need to stay over in Halmstad.

Nothing. It was just great. Well, maybe the hot water in the shower could be a bit warmer.

The location was perfect with a lot of restaurants close by.
