Easy to find, near supermarket, shops and oil station and bus stop, very fresh food at breakfast, lunch and dinner, staff very helpful and always available to satisfy any request.

Too near at supermarket area and not near at the new center where there are a lot of shops and restaurants, too many lights in the night that in winter are not so good to have and they can be annoying.

They had a lot of vegan options at the breakfast bufe, which I was really happy about, and I saw quite a few gluten friendly options as well.

I've found the bathroom a little bit under cleaned to my preferences.

Very good hotel that was close to my expectations. The staff was very friendly before and during my stay! The rooms were very nice and clean with very comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast included in the price that was super tasty and nice with many options! Location was perfect between the old and new center! Bus station is 1 min on foot from the hotel.

The location is perfect for a quick stop during a longer journey. The hotel is by the E10, in an area with many shops and fast foods. The room is quite spacious and it has everything you need for a short stay (cupborads and shelves could be missing for a longer stay)

There was no air conditioning and it became hot during the night. It feels a bit unsafe to open the window during the night when teh room is on the ground floor.

We loved this hotel. We had a great experience, it was cosy and it had character. For us it was the real lapland hotel. Breakfast was excellent and having a sauna as well positive side . We Will definitely book again.

Some renovation work ongoing which can be disturbing at times during the day.

People at the reception are really kind. Breakfast was good, with an espresso machine which was perfect.

The space with the tables close to the receptions is closing at 8pm, so there is no way to meet with people after the hour.

Located near the town and right next to the big supermarket. Good breakfast. During week even dinner is served. Also parking right next to the entrance.

Room was not isolated well, you can hear noises coming from all the hotel.

Location was pretty close to shopping complex. Staff was very helpful and assisted better than expected. Easy access at anytime.

Same breakfast menu everyday. They could have changed little varieries every other day atleast. Laundry service is not good. Drier not working.
