Clean, location, new hotel, quick check in and out.

Staff ok, but not so informative, seems as guests you need to think and ask about everything. Such as when you need the room to be cleaned and take care of breakfast and diner buffet that we took. Food was cold in both and in breakfast as it’s a big hotel I do nit understand how they do not take care of filling water cans , the use of only one coffee machine (the one with options , they do have another for just black coffee). Last but not least I would think that for this pay, they should have inner pool or spa. Not only a sauna - that is actually open only in late afternoon. Why not earlier?

Everything is beand new, super comfy beds, great breakfast, perfect gym and very friendly staff.

Clean modern room, rich breakfast with lots of options, very good location (close to airport and buses to Nikkaluokta).

We slept in this hotel on two separate occasions for one night. After the first night, our review would be a clear 10. But the second time (2 nights later) we encountered some problems. On arrival there were no towels in our room. The receptionist (a young blonde female) seemed a bit impatient and arrogant. When we requested later checkout, she forgot to reset our keycard, so we could enter our floor. One evening we wanted to eat dinner in the hotel. The buffet looked really disgusting with a very poor choice of food. We ate elsewhere.

Not well organised regarding the parking. There is a payment parking in the same building but the staff was not able to provide any information about it. The free parking of the hotel is in a field on the other side of the road, but also there no info on how connect your car to the electric plug. Disappointing. Basically no furniture in the room. Cost/value ratio not very good

The hotel is right at the entrance in Kiruna, from south, and it has a very imposing architecture, the bar at the 12th floor offering an amazing view until far distance. At the ground floor there are the lounge/bar and the restaurant, with great food options (buffet for breakfast and a-la-carte for dinner). Also there is a gym at 11th floor with basic but enough utilities for most needs. at 12th floor there's a sky-bar which exceeds the view and I fully recommend. The room was very spacious and with comfy beds, nice and clean bathroom. The daily cleaning is not by-default, if you need cleaning one day you need to ask at the reception. A special mention for the very helpful and supportive staff, both at reception and at bar/restaurant. We really liked it and fully recommend!

Not necessary "not liked" but just to be aware that the parking is opposite the hotel, in a separate area, 2 minutes walking distance, but you can temporary park the car in front of he hotel for loading/unloading the luggage. Also, for EV (electric vehicles) the chargers are in a garage right behind the hotel, where you have to pay for daily stay and the charging (but not so expensive at all).

I liked the breakfast, it was very very good. I also loved the sauna, the atmosphere, the facilities and the views were great. The lobby was very comfortable and cozy. The interior design was amazing. The rooms were pretty good, and they were very clean.

The staff was not well informed with the changes in bus schedules and they where not very helpful with providing transportation options. The staff could also be better informed in touristic information and they could also provide better recommendations for activities and restaurants. I felt the staff didnt know the town that well. Another thing i would change is the menu in the restaurant. I was expecting more variety in their options and more local dishes. Also i would add some lunch options, the restaurant was only open for dinner.

Beautifully appointed and great space for a couple and child travelling as a family. Buffet breakfast was next level, amazing selection. Sky bar had the most amazing view over Kiruna - stunning!! Wonderfull lobby space with fire and windows all the way around to sit and watch the passers by and the weather!

If the bar was serving bar food as well as snacks, that would have been lovely.

I liked overall feeling of the hotel (the room, reception, restaurant) and also the facilities - Sauna and Skybar at the top of the building with amazing view, I liked relax zone with fireplace near reception. The staff in the reception was very friendly and helpfull, therefore the accomodation procedures went fluent and really quick.

The worst experience was with restaurant staff during dinner time - the food order was mixed up and we noticed a lack of team work during dinner time among the staff, but apart from this food was great and the dinner time finished nicely.

The hotel is truly amazing!! The room was exceptionally clean and warm! The facilities of the hotel are also perfect and the lobby area is so cozy and comfortable to just spend some hours during the cold winter days. I was also very surprised with the variety of breakfast options, you can find literally everything in the buffet. Lastly the location is perfect as there is a bus stop just right outside of the main entrance, so it is really easy to get to the hotel from the airport and to Icehotel as well.

It is the center piece of a brand new city centre and has a great skybar to see it

Restaurant. Too much "all you can eat" buffet and very limited "a la carte". If this Iconic place sets the culinary standards for a new town, Im afraid that it will never get better then kebab, meatballs and fake Italian pizzeria's. You would expect that in this vibrant place a chef could make name and set the new standard in a new town
