We used the resort while driving up north, so short overnight stay. We liked the family room. Due to us arriving late the reception was already closed but the staff sent us a txt message and explained how to get in to the hotel and find the room key, the person at the desk (was just about to leave) also helpfully took our food and stored in the kitchen fridge overnight, this was highly appreciated. Breakfast is good. We didn't use the sauna/pool this time but we've been here before and can tell that the poolside is great.

Helpful and responsive staff, peaceful location and well-maintained vintage property made our stay feel special. Staff went out of their way to let us enjoy the sauna and spa facilities by extending the closing time just a little bit. Also sending our belongings left in the shower was not a problem thanks to easy and smooth communication with the staff. This spot is great for a stopover during the trips across this region and exploration of the Northern Sweden!

No improvements worth suggesting, will recommend to a friend!

Pretty much everything was nice, location, facilities, accomodation, etc.

Unfortunately there was no restaurant with menu. Only two pastas choice, and no other restaurants in the region. A bit of a pity considering that the restaurant is open at lunch, but not much for dinner

Very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly. The view is magnificent from the rooms and on the ground floor. We even saw the northern lights from the room! The hotel is quiet and the breakfast very well supplied and varied.

The place is amazing if you are travelling with kids. The pool was in front of our room, just a grassfield in the between.

The staff didn't wear work clothes, the staff went in and out the kitchen without a hat and top of it all there was a dog in the breakfast and nobody said anything.

Our stay at lower floor was excellent, very beautiful sunset and has a good open view. Less crowded in autumn but summer will be quite busy I presumed. Nice resort for whole family.

Beautiful scenery, spacious room, nice sauna & jacuzzi department, easy to get car almost in front of main entrance. Nice beers, ok breakfast. Friendly and helpful personnel.

Room air could have been fresher. No fish for breakfast was a slight disappointment.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful.

We missed a refrigerator in the room. There was no socket in the bathroom. There was no air conditioning in the room.

Beautiful, clean and very thematic place to stay. They have sauna, jacuzzi and a nice restaurant.

In the evening and early morning there was some weird vibration/noise coming from below, probably kitchen. Not a big deal, but our sleep was disturbed.

Very nice location by the river. Nice room with a fab view. Comfortable beds. Free spa. Great staff, got exellent instructions to a trail from the French and Hollands staff members.

Not enough storage for clothes.
