This hotel is in a fantastic location, bang in the centre of Skellefteå. The hotel itself is comfortable with a good breakfast, but fairly dated. The rooms lack sockets near the bed and decor is quite old fashioned. The one big warning I would give is DO NOT USE THE CAR PARK. They mention it is small but that's a massive understatement. We paid for a slot and then abandoned it because it was impossible to get our average sided car (skoda octavia) into any of the spots which were all surrounded by huge pillars and not lined up! Even turning the car to get out of the carpark was stressful. Loads of cheaper public car parks nearby. Use those instead. Sauna on the top floor was nice and staff were super friendly.

Hotel staff was polite and trying to provide all the information about services offered by the hotel. I didn't use but there was free coffee, microwave and cluttery for those who buy food from outside. Breakfast in the morning was reach and at the first floor there's a restaurant with very good service and food. Location is excellent.

Booking the taxi through the reception didn't work well. taxi came 20 min later and charged me a fortune to the airport. There was another taxi company coming for other guests of the hotel with fixed rate 347 SEK for the same route, and I was charged 666 SEK in the time without any traffic.

It’s the most affordable and good option if you want to stay right in the heart of Skellefteå centrum. The staff was helpful and friendly. Stand out point was the breakfast buffet, the quality was great and lots of selection. Room size was decent and amenities was as expected. All in all very satisfying experience considering the price and location.

Rooms were comfortable, hotel very easy to access in middle of city with plenty of restaurants around to choose. Great breakfast, and very nice staff, gave us few hits of where to travel in good nature reserve,

There is no AC in hotel, we did get fan in heat but in 28-30 degrees that's not enough, and even tho at night we opened window to get some cool air into room, there was no air circulation in room to get cool air from outside.

The staff was really helpful, and easy but really tight parking in undergronds made it good to be with a car in town town. Also the sauna it had a magnicent view.

They can not help it but the tight parkinging spaces. I managed but there was an elderly couple who had some trouble.

It's not a new hotel- it has the aire, feel and design (and probably age of renovations) of a 90s roadside motel (even though it's located in the city square on a pedestrian street) But for the right price, it's good value and it is comfortable.

The hotel has a roof top sauna and terrace that is available for hotel guests all day long. It was heavenly to go to sauna and relax after a hot summer day. Also breakfast was excellent. For my partner this was actually a second time he stayed in the hotel, and he was really satisfied both times.

At breakfast, we can eat delicious sandwiches and meatballs unique to Sweden. Friendly and helpful staff. Good wider bed.

The room is dark and depressing. and there was a water leak from the ceiling in my room. Overall, the room is not so good.

Reception very friendly.

The cleaning ladies use the sauna's relaxation room as a lounge and for making phone calls. Even when I'm there without clothes.

Very nice hotel awesome staff very helpful, evening before leaving we asked about taxi for next day to airport, there was no problem for ordering one ahead. Very nice breakfast with lots of choice.
