The family room is small but comfortable. The breakfasts are great, a variety of things to choose from, including local treats. You can also rent a bike. The location is perfect, walking distance to the centre and the bus station, the airport bus stops just outside of the entrance.

The rooms could be equipped with a kettle and a small refrigerator.

The breakfast was superb and the staff so lovely.

Coming from Portugal the room was much too cold on arrival. But after the first night the staff gave me a radiator that was really welcome as the first night I had to sleep in my coat. I would have like a flannel to wash my face and a small towel to dry it. I also would have felt more secure if the shower floor had a special bath carpet which would make me more secure not to slip. The bed is nice but it tends to slip on the side during the night. Otherwise I have no complain.

Well situated, easy to reach, the hotel location offers the parking right in front of the entrance, but also on the back of the hotel. The EV chargers are also located in the back parking and accessible by charging app. Generous buffet breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, supportive staff. Excellent stay for one night (we were in transit anyway).

Hotel has basic rooms. Cleaningness was ok, staff was helpful, location ok. Also i like the food.

I missed a small closet to put clothes off the bag. A lot of carpet floor is not good for people with allergy on dust.

Rooms are well laid out. There are even 2 chairs, and lots of lighting. Blackout curtains, lots of sockets near the bed. Very clean. Temperature in the room is great. Bedding and beds great quality and comfortable.

I liked everything.

Breakfast was very good, really nice with many things to try, highly recommended. Room was clean, a bit small, but ok. Price was relatively high, but we had all we needed.

The breakfast is very good and included. The dinner restaurant was surprisingly excellent including their cocktails, and vegetarian options, we did not expect that in a small town in northern Sweden. You can borrow cruiser bikes for free.

It would be nice if they added wash cloths and robes. Skelleftea is a major hockey town and I could not watch the world championships at the hotel? One of the cruiser bikes had a loose saddle, hopefully that is fixed now.

Cleaned and the receptionist that attended to me that night wad so helpful .. I came in late but he did everything within his power to help ..

Average room, but the breakfast compensates for everything. It is just great. We needed an overnight stay and it was good.
