Nothing to dislike. Just a humble suggestion. 1. At reception, it can be mentioned that for assistance, to go out and press green knob. Sometimes phone network not available. 2. Some information/precaution on radiators for room heating can be put on/behind the door.

The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, with underground parking available. The rooms were the best we've experienced in a self-check-in hotel, and the self-serve breakfast was excellent. Overall, outstanding value for money.

The check-in process was easy and convenient. Just a note: mobile credit card payments didn’t work, so we had to use a physical card instead—though this wasn’t an issue for us.

The hotel itself is very nice, it is new, the rooms are quite spacious for Switzerland. Plus, you have small coffee room, where you can have water, tea, coffee and even some minibar beverages. In the morning you can also grad a croissandt. So, there’s nothing not to like, but I got there on the day the Mastercard had a major failure, so the self checkin process became useless.. I had to spend 10 minutes on the phone to do the checkin. Plus, the checkin is great for returning customers... First time - you might have some issues doing it.

Chill&coffe room

It was the second time that the payment terminal did not work, I had to call customer service and ask the staff to charge my credit card remotely. Twice the same situation and a very large amount of money spent on a phone call with the facility staff. I'll be staying there for the 3rd time and if the problem repeats, the facility will get the lowest score

Extremely clean and top location middle of the town.

No employees. All electronic. When I called for questions I got a cell phone and couldn't always understand what was being said. No air conditioning and it was so hot we had to go out and buy a fan just so we could sleep.

Parking is for free. If you arrive by car, is impossible to park nearby for check in. You have to follow indications to the park. Once there, ring and announce your arrival and they will open the park gate. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel or you can dine in the Mexican restaurant below.

Centrally located; reached hotel rather late, but someone remotely/promptly answered the doorbell; electronic check-in; Breakfast Room (Lounge) had a nice coffee machine along with Teas/Cocoa; Red Apples and freshly baked Croissants made up for a decent bite with the morning coffee. Overall housekeeping staff very helpful, as they immediately refilled milk in the coffee machine upon reporting it. Awesome place and decent value for money!

Slightly bigger room would have been nicer; windows on street side are not completely soundproof.

bood this hotel late on a Saturday night. it is a self check in hotel and it went smoothly. it is in the town centre and there is public parking a 2 minute walk away. it is a very basic hotel in that the room has beds and that's it. the bathroom and the room were very clean and the furnishing were new. the room had a balcony. if you are looking for a basic room to sleep in thats clean and good value then this fits the bill.

Average, not so much to choose from. Coffee was nice and hot.. I would have expected to have more of a selection of fruit, example, cheese, eggs and possible butter, spreads of a selection, example honey or jam.

So much road noise, a very hot room which we couldn't cool down even we left front room door open for a while. Wil was a busy noisy place. I had no opportunity to book a room towards to the inside area of hotel.
