This hotel is a great value. It is a simple hotel without a lot of facilities. But, it has spacious rooms, ample parking and a great location. The hotel is a very short walk, like just across the street from a pleasant small beach. You can see the water from probably all of the rooms. The view was better from the second floor. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a nice selection of good food.

Without the ability to read Chinese it was a little difficult to find the place. Their sign is not obvious but does have some roman style lettering. However, the bookings page did not provide its English name at the time of our booking. Look for it at the bottom of the hill past the Fullon Resort.

Very nice and comfortable place. Well-kept yard. Very large and clean rooms with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Depending on your room you have access to a terrace or balcony with a sea view. Quite good breakfasts. You have a choice whether you want something sweet or something more dry. The staff at the hotel is extremely nice and friendly. And the three bunnies jumping around your feet in the lobby are just adorable. #famillyfriendly What has enchanted us in this hotel was the fact that you can borrow beach toys for children at the reception. They are in plain sight and all you have to do is wash them before returning. I think that's a brilliant idea. There is also a small playground at the back of the building. To get to the beach, all you have to do is... cross the road. There is a sandy beach with wonderful view. There is also a designated swimming area supervised by a lifeguard. Actually all activities are available there. Beside standard one like sunbathing (you can rent an umbrella and chairs) or swimming, you can do something more exciting like rent a scooter, inflatable boat towables like ringos, banana, sofa and more or snorkeling between rocks and reefs nearby. There are several restaurants in the area and 7eleven. Local attractions like Kenting Night Market (around 3 km) or Paradise of deer (14 km) are also quite close.

there were a lot of ants on the terrace (we lived on the ground floor) but I didn’t noticed anything besides that

Not far from Kenting night market which is fun! Literally a stone's throw from the beach. I forgot some stuff after checkout, staff contacted me and managed to quickly send it to our next hotel. Awesome. Not to extensive, but a nice breakfast included.

Beach has a lot of waterscooter activity, can be dangerous when swimming a little further out. Also quite noisy.

Good location in from of the sea side. Easy walk to the beach. The terrace in the room was beautiful as well as the high ceilings. Personnel was very polite and spoke english.

Breakfast options could be a bit more varied and labeled (for vegans/vegetarians).

The beach across the resort is wonderful and great place to swim. nice atmosphere in the resort and nice breakfast. very helpful staff. nice place to access the national parks in Kenting.

We went during a less busier period. Was kind of nice to have some quietness. The managment is super helpful.

Breakfast was the only thing that you couldnt choose. You get locally daily prepared set breakfast. But variety was good.

There are many parking spaces, the room is clean and comfortable, there is no damp and musty smell, and the tourist attractions are all nearby☺️ I will come again next time

We stayed at the middle building. It was easy to get to the dining and refreshments area. The lobby was spacious and inviting. And the room was clean and with a chic deco. We loved the balcony as well. Would definitely recommend this place and come back again.

The breakfast could be a bit better.
