- The owners were very friendly and we really liked the atmosphere in the hotel. It was quiet, clean and relaxed. - The room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. - We had a lovely view of the mountains from our room, and a balcony where we could dry our towels and swimming clothes after a day on the beach. - Several beaches are within walking distance. Xiaowan is the one with deck chairs and beach umbrellas (which you have to pay for) and there's another one without beach umbrellas, so I would recommend going there after 4 o'clock in the afternoon. - It's super conveniently located if you arrive by bus (the Kenting Express from Zuoying). The stop is right across the street and if you want to take the bus back, it's on the left hand side of the hotel (1 minute walk). You even get a discount on the bus fare if you travel with a T-pass/ I-pass or Easycard! This will show up when you check out from the bus. - There are several breakfast stores right next to the hotel, so you don't have to go wandering around town looking for breakfast. - Wifi in the hotel is superb. - Kenting night market is just outside of the hotel, which is really convenient. But even so, we didn't hear any noise from the night market in our hotel room. - They have a large and spacious lobby downstairs, where you can have a drink or a snack.

- We didn't mind at all, but it seems as if there is no daily cleaning of the rooms. Or maybe we had to ask for it, which we didn't, because the rooms were clean already. - Another thing which we thought was fine, but for those who do mind: the reception isn't always staffed. There's a note saying you can dial 9 on the phone on the reception desk which will connect you with someone from the staff. If you do, there will be someone there almost straight away. It's probably also because this wasn't the high season when we were there, so there's no use in having someone behind the reception desk all the time.

- great location (close to the beach, convenient stores, next to a bus stop) - private room for a great price - fast wifi and free water - very nice personnel

- there is a bar close to the hotel, that plays really loud music. If I didn't have earplugs, I couldn't sleep - no window in the room - electricity works only when you're in the room, you cannot charge anything, if not in the room.

+ The man/owner at reception was very nice, he welcomed me and also offered early check in. Outside there was a storm. + Great position, excellent. The best position ever in Kenting. + Room is nice and clean

- There is a really annoying mosquito net on the bed; it should be removed because it's useless. There are no mosquitoes in the room. - The neighbors were very noisy young people; the hotel should take action against those who are not quiet after 10 PM.

The location of the hotel was really good. The room was clean and the bathroom was fine too. The staff were superfriendly and helpful and also spoke good English.

Great location, in the middle of Kenting Night Market. Good value for our money. Great facilities.

Bed was a little small. Shower just in front of the toilet.

Excellent location, directly above the Kenting night market. We thought that at night it was going to be noisy, but by 23:00 it's already quiet.
