It was centrally located, which is what we were looking for.

Being told, "Because you used Booking.com to reserve", both breakfast & spa access would COST EXTRA! WTF? They use the service to find customers, then charge the customer to pay for their costs using Booking.com?!? WTF is that? First time this has ever happened. I complained until they accepted responsibility, and gave us these normally available services included in our room fee. Ironically, we ended up not partaking in the breakfast, as it was very basic Taiwanese style buffet (congee, pork floss, pickled things... but not even some dun-byin - egg crepes - available; nothing worth eating). At least the beds weren't 100% Taiwanese style (rock hard)... but they weren't Western soft comfortable either; they were somewhere in the middle. Finally, very few of the staff were willing to use their English.

Not much. The best is the Spa area, but even that is far below average.

All. The most terrible are the rooms. Dirty, badly repaired with tape and silicone, uncomfortable.

nothing. the place is creepy. the television ate CRT and the building is too old. they mention in the booking the breakfast is free but actually there is no free breakfast. they mention the spa is open but it is closed for almost 2 yrs. very bad experience. my worst in Taiwan

elevators didn’t work so I had to take the stairs all the time. Rooms were old and worn out, nothing good.
