Compared to busy Kenting it was a lot more calm and enjoyable here. The pictures were very acurate and I enjoyed the view a lot. I never heard my fridge in the room, which is a huge plus at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It sits perfectly in the middle of Kenting (more beaches and nightmarket) and Hengchun (many restaurants and bigger city).

Unless you are comfy with the 7/11 and a few restaurants, you should probably have some form of transport (didn't try the buses). But a nice beach is right across the street, so it probably depends what you come here for :)

The view from balcony was good. The staff was very friendly. Appreciated offer to check-in alittle early Location next to 7-11. Across street from beach. Beach had a lot of toys such as banana boat and beach chairs and umbrellas. Room was spacious. Hot/cold water dispenser and Microwave in lobby. Nice neighborhood with a really good pizza restaurant and other small beach shops.

Main showerhead clogged with calcium making it nonfunctional. The tabletop on balcony is no longer attached to table base. Some people may not like stairs, but we don't mind.

Really lovely staff- we appreciated their helpful kind hospitable attitudes! The hotel manager upgraded our room to a room facing the water - really loved that too ! Room/facilities all exceeded expectation, Super super clean , great bathroom … loved our hot shower and bath after some chill at the beach , All in all an amazing little guesthouse , we hope to come again!

Comfortable bed, good size room and very clean, nice sea view, friendly staff

No breakfast at the property, and no cafes or restaurants serving breakfast in walking distance. We had to either take some snacks from 7 Eleven or drive a bit to find a place for breakfast, what obviously complicated our morning planning

Location is perfect. Close to the bus stop. They have also the parking lot. So easy to access the south bay. The room is very clean, the bed. the floor, the bathroom.

The only down side is the toilet. the flush push button got problem, we are keeping hear the running water noise. Need to try to stop it every time after we flush.

The location is great, very near to the beach.. The toilet and the bed are clean. The staffs are friendly and approachable.We had a great stay at the hotel and it is very relaxing because of the sea view in our balcony..☺️

- Very near to the beach and yet not directly on the main road - Stuff is extremely friendly and offer me information of transportation, restaurant, etc - You can store luggage there and enjoy the beach before / after check out. Also you are very welcomed to rest in their dining area or refill your water bottle even after checkout

Beach across the street is tiny. You have to get on the bus to really do anything, but it the stop is right outside.

This was the best hotel during my 3 weeks in Taiwan. Location is great, the room is spacious and comfortable, i had a wonderful balcony with sea view and everything was super clean and comfortable. Special thanks to the nice staff!

The location was great! I had my own little balcony with an amazing view of the ocean. There was also free parking available and breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

I loved everything. No complaints.
