Great location. Close to night market (but still very quiet at night), beach, National Park, U-Bike and 9189 bus stops. On site laundry (free), and the person who manages it is very helpful and speaks very good English. Big room. Sofas to sit on. Good air con. Huge bed.

The bathroom is a little rough and basic, and the hot water takes some minutes to arrive. The host does tell you this, so you just start the water in time. No tea or coffee.

The room is spacious,the bed is large and comfortable, kind and helpful owner and staff.Location is quiet cause at the end of town.

The frontyard is regrettably only a concrete plate....it would be nice If it would be furbished like a garden,at least b it more green.

Very good receptionist and owner, Foreigner friendly receptionist can speak English, Location is near to Kenting arch station 400,500 meters away from night market, pin drop silence I loved the outside area in front of room, you can have food drinks and gossip with your closed one till mid night

Spent three nights there and everything was great. The room was nice, big and very clean. The location is close to the bus stop, beach, night market and the gate to the recreational park. Didn't have much interaction with the staff but when I did they were nice. Would stay there again.

The Wifi was a little slow, and the location was a little far from the downtown. Staffs talked with me through the apps.

Large, clean, rooms in a quiet location. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will stay here again next time we visit.

It is a bungalow, not an apartment, and the atmosphere makes you feel more comfortable.  it is so so quiet nearby, but not far from the center.

Good location, nice personal and clean rooms. Also laundry is for free. Perfect for family visit to the beach and nice area around.

This facility is tucked back away from the highway but very close to town and to a beautiful beach. It is not fancy but is an excellent value. They do have rooms for larger groups as well.
