Personal hot spa in rooms. Luxurious accomodation. Morning breakfast had an amazing selection. Clean, safe and secure.

Pricey (you get what you pay for, having said that)

The area has no shopping area and restaurants.

Big and comfortable rooms, very clean, a little dated though. Just spent one night, can't say more.

Hot Spring water, big room and deer garden. Staffs at restaurant and room cleaning staffs were nice.

Our original plan was staying at this hotel for a night. Since the Taiwan authority advised us to stay inside during the typhoon, we booked another night with this same hotel. When we arrived for our first night, we told the lady about extra night we booked and asked if we could had the 2 nights in the same room. The lady wasn't nice and impatience. She first told us that she would process our first night and we could deal with the next night tomorrow. So, we told her ok as long as we didn't need to check out at 11am and bring our luggages out and checkin again at 4pm. Only then she seemed to understand our situation, and immediately looked for our next night reservation. Sure enough we were assigned to different room. She fixed it. We thought this was common sense, obviously it wasn't for this lady. Anyway, she did the checkin process, but we couldn't get the key until 4pm. We were too early like 2:30pm given the hotel was very empty according to the staffs. We were fine, policy is policy. So we went out to stock up some food in case the typhoon turned out very bad. We came back to the hotel around 3:30pm, sat at the lobby and browsed our phone. AT 3:55, we asked if we could get our key. The lady said "wait for 5 minutes". We were like 5 minutes?! Really?! Don't they have some compassion? We were tired and wet. Outside was pouring raining and strong wind, even the hotel started to barricaded their windows with wooden planks. Knowing we were just trying to shelter ourselves from horrible weather from outside, couldn't they spare that 5 mins to us? I will never come back to this hotel given the unprofessionalism at the front desk with this price tag. One thing I have to point out, some staffs at front desk were good. Just these 2 ladies (one did the checkin, one gave us the key) were unprofessional and ruined our experience.

The buffet dinner is excellent but the breakfast needs a little improvement.

The room design and the facility is too old. The hotel carpet is not clean. The Sauna facility open at 2pm and close at 10pm. I think it should be open 24hrs.

Hot spring inside the room. Hotel sits at a rather large open space with Taiwanese deers on site, and free bike to ride around the property.

I stayed at this hot spring hotel a few times. The hotel is getting old and urgently need some upgrade. The hotel recently opened a shop and restaurant that offers early dinner until like 5 pm. It is a walking distance from the hotel. The staff didn’t tell us about it.
