the bathroom is great, which has a view over the harbor and is very spacious. Hotel straff were helpful and courteous. The location is great

air conditioning was insufficient. the breakfast appears to be good on first glance, but I find the flavor just OK, not great. I have travelled internationally many times, what I like for breakfast are coffee, croissant, omelette, sausage, orange juice, fuit, and waffle. The chef seems to lean towards fusion style of fancy creativity rather than focus on making the basic items tasty.

I loved the interior design, in-room spa amenity, the pool area with a great view, the lobby area is cozy and modern, and the one dining area had a great variety of fresh quality ingredients and dishes. Service was also very smooth and efficient, despite a language barrier. This is a fantastic place if you want to join the local tourists and situate yourself within reach but outside the touristic sites.

I wish the glass barrier at the pool were cleaner so I could see the view better from the water. Having a few more drink options would be nice as well.

I like the room because they have the spa bath, it's very spacious. I like that the hotel offers free drinks when we checked in, and later at night there's Alco night. It's a very relaxing trip for us. Also, they offer free use of chiropractic & soft pillows where you can left it at the room once you checked out.

I didn't like it is that they don't provide toothbrushes, since we didn't bring one, we have to buy. It's quite a walk going to convenient stores, but I guess it's okay since we were able to buy one.

The complementary evening drinks and excellent breakfast. The breakfast spread blew us away! It is amazing if you love Taiwanese food! And the 6.30 to 13.30 hour is simply too thoughtful!! The hotel is close to the fish market. And the bus stop / train station just ten minutes away!

The bath with no view

We were impressive of the welcome drinks and snacks. The breakfast was awesome and tasty. My family were really enjoying the cold/hot springs.

It would be great if there is self laundry service..

Our room came with hot and cold spring baths, which we did not expect. Rooms are clean. Views are spectacular (if you ignore the industrial area immediately in front of the hotel). Pool is beautiful. Breakfast buffet is plentiful.

Corridors smell moldy (but the room did not). However the room did have a large dehumidifier, I suppose for the mold, which kept banging away all night and can’t be turned off.

The two bath tubs in the room were super good. Enjoy a lot the comforts of hot spring and cold spring. The breakfast can have it until 13:30 was the best. Not only the food was very good but also it can be really causal and have it as brunch.

I loved the rooms and hotel facilities. It was a comfortable stay for my family of 4. The hotel had a great breakfast spread, beautiful view of the lake and had complimentary drinks every night.

Not accessible to the ‘common’ tourist attractions. Would need a rented car to get around.

This is the place to relax and enjoy the facilities. The flexibility of check out and breakfast time is the best part of the stay.

If the swimming pool has cover on the top will be better for the morning swimming. Also when the swimming pool is crowded, the water becomes gooey and kind of dirty.
