It’s clean, new and it’s way above average. The toilet seat is heated. The bathroom has a heater function, thus you won’t feel cold immediately after a shower. There is also a water dispenser and bar fridge in the room. There are washing machines and dryer provided. The breakfast is yummy too with the menu changing almost everyday for the dishes.

The gym can only be used from 12 noon to 9pm.

The room is clean and cozy. The bathroom with tub is fantastic.Toilet is separate from bathroom. Location is walking distance from the zhongli train station. Make sure you follow the front exit. We used back exit. The walk with luggage in tow was a bit challenging . Staff are helpful and friendly. They offered us to arrange for transport if we need to.We didn't take the breakfast as we had an early flight to take. The Zhongli night market by taxi is around 15 min with reasonable taxi fare around ntd 100+. Will choose this hotel again for our next visit.

No Cafe and eateries nearby.

The rooms were very bright and clean. Shower and toilet are in separate cubicles so very helpful when rooming in a group. Bath is set out in Japanese style with a large shower area and a tub for soaking. Room has water dispenser so no need to boil water. Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Many power points in room. Ac unit is separate and not central controlled. Staff were very friendly. Lobby has free drinks.

Breakfast buffet variety was limited and need to clear your own trays, including disposing uneaten food, cutlery and bowls into separate receptacles. Not a bad thing. We just weren't used to it.

There was a nearby TRA station which made things accessible to pretty much anywhere in Taiwan. The room was also quite large and could fit you more than comfortably. There was also good Wi-Fi, fairly good breakfast and very attentive staff.

There was not much in the neighborhood in terms of walking, with a few 7 11s nearby, but you could fairly easily call for a taxi using the 55688 app or through the help of front desk staff.

First time staying in this hotel. The room is well maintained & comfortable.  There's a hot/cold water dispenser in the room, environment friendly & convenient. The breakfast is decent, mostly taiwanese style of food (porridge & 小菜). Location wise is good, walking distance to the nearby train station & other eateries.

I really like the fact that it's eco friendly, the breakfast had many choices, and vegetarian friendly. There's parking on the property, and walking distance to city center, to train station, and the TV is huge.

Everything here was very nice. A nice big bed and a little couch and a desk where I could do some work. This hotel had everything I needed. The bathroom was nice, spacious and clean. The shower was perfect and there was a tub too.

I would have liked more towels.

Cleanliness and comfort were perfect, and the addition of a bathtub was a delightful bonus!

For use the washing and dryer machines between 8 AM and 9 PM only. Ensure they are fully loaded when in use and check their availability every hour.

Breakfast was a simple affair of local food but delicious

Some instructions in English around the room would’ve helped especially the lighting buttons. Thicker pillows as well to help support the neck better. The water filter in the room was a good touch. Close to train station and a 7-11. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and experience.

Different room types are segregated by level. Thus, if you book a room for 4 people and another room for 2 people, you will be allocated rooms on other floors.
