-The rooms are so far away from the lobby -Although the beds are soft, pillows are somewhat crunchy -No elevator but there's a bell boy carry your luggages, however he was not careful and dragged your stuff along the stairs making loud banging noise -Parking is even further away from the lobby

It was on the grounds of a huge imaculately-run national "living art" center in a highly natural setting, near the ocean. Next to aquaculture ponds. Filled with bird song. Spacious, spacious spacious. The room was like a small apartment... super easy to relax in. Stunning abundant relaxed quality breakfast.

Counter staff were all about efficiency, not warmth or connection. I became overwhelmed.

Really good hotel, the rooms are nice and the breakfast was amazing. The grounds on the hotel are pleasant for a walk but also contain a really nice setting. There is a lounge with free coffee and tea and cookies, and in the room you are supplied with drinks and snacks as well. For kids is a nice themed room. The staff is very polite.

There was no laundry service. But that's just a small thing.

Breakfast, location is within the National Centre for Traditional Arts so can go in and out of the complex freely, thoughtful touches from the hotel eg. insect repellent burner outside the rooms in the evenings, late checkout etc. Very accommodating with providing us with a baby bath and changing breakfast time.

It has everything a short getaway in Yilan needs. Just beside the cultural place makes it easy to spend a whole day there experiencing the traditional stuff. Totally in love with the vibe of the place and the unit with 2 rooms. Good size for family.

Mosquitoes are quite a lot, so make sure you have the insect repellent.

The whole resort and art park was just amazing, traditional Taiwanese buildings, full of cultures, it was so pretty. Staff are all friendly. We also watched traditional art show in the evening. Loved it so much! Definetly will stay again if we visit Yilan next time.

There was roaches in our room on the second and thrid morning, we understand that the bushe is around so nothing could really avoid it. Shower was a bit small and the water flooded out easily.

The room spacious, the place quiet, excellent for unwinding. The breakfast was out of this world, excellent. Best if you have time to explore the cultural centre!

Really like the location and the surrounding. Recommend for family with kids and elders… clean nice rooms .. staff are terrific too!!

Beautiful. Clean. Right inside the traditional art center, which is indeed a fun place. The breakfast is more than impressive.
