We had a wonderful 3 days here. The staff were all so helpful, respectful and cheerful. My friend has mobility issues and uses a rollator. After the buggy collected us from the restaurant, where the food was excellent, and returned us to reception the rollator was waiting for her at the bottom of the ramp. An unexpected and thoughtful gesture. If I had one slightly downbeat comment to make it would be that yoghurt and freshly cooked eggs would be a great addition to breakfast. All in all, a gem of a hotel - great value for money, super clean, great dinners but, most of all, staff who couldn't do enough for us. Well done!

Lovely hotel in a beautiful area of Thailand. So quiet and peaceful. Next to the river and on a quiet road. The cafe /restaurant on the river is excellent and my husband enjoyed a really good Thai massage in the spa. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to help us with everything. Loved our stay there. Comfortable, clean, excellent breakfast.

Everything was great

We had a very good deal for a room with pool access and that is an absolutely fabulous room. The breakfast is abundant if you are ok with dominantly Thai style breakfast. The garden and river location is very beautiful and tranquil. Do come with your own transportation if you want to get around.

We requested an hour earlier check in than 3pm (in Thailand 2pm is more or less the standard), on which we did not get an answer. After a long drive it would have been very welcome if that would have been made possible. We could enter our room half an hour earlier, so still ok.

Overall ambience of the place situated on the riverside, nice landscape, large swimming pool, and some of the staff are active and super friendly (the male staff at breakfast place for exanple)

Some aspects could have been better i.e. we wanted to swim but found a used food plastic bag floating on the first step of our pool access room. It got us worried about water quality. Also, the pool mosaic tiles need major repair as many of them have peeled off... it could cause some injuries.

Good location right on the river, clean room, good facilities, security at front gate very pleasant and always helpful as were all the staff. The bar and restaurant are nice in the evenings to relax and watch people fish on the river.

Pool could have been cleaned regularly, birds on top of buildings shedding feathers which fell into pool often and made pool look a little dirty and uninviting.

We were looking for a couple of days to unwind from 2 weeks travelling before we headed to Bangkok. Na Tree Tara did not disappoint. We booked the 2 bed villa with private pool. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The resort is well laid out and considered.

The property is really nice, the pool is great and it’s nice to be able to access it from a bedroom.

Soundproof is not the best: we can hear people talking in the corridor as if they were in the room when they are loud. Apart from that which was really a minor issue, the only thing I was frustrated was to stay only one night, I wish I had more time to enjoy this hotel because it was very nice !

Beautiful hotel, large rooms and the villa is a real experience, the room is cleaned every day, the gardens and vegetation around give the feeling that you are in nature, the hotel staff is courteous and professional. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent and not expensive, I recommend.

- Central location to visit several floating markets in the near neighborhood - Beautiful garden setup - Riverfront / direct access to the river - Quiet area - The ACs of the living room and the bedroom had separate control units - Bigger refrigerator as usual

- No restaurants / shops in short walking distance - The cover of the sofa showed serveral spots

Exceptionally friendly and caring service. The staff went above and beyond to celebrate our son's birthday, and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the rooms are large and well designed. We are very satisfied with the experience
