The location and the condition of hotel and room is good. The hotel is modern, good bedding and have some choices of egg & Thai food for breakfast. The parking is spacious and the size of the room is good and can fit our luggages.

The reception was not able to show any hospitality to the guest. The conversation was quite impolite and she did not provide the room type as similar to the booking at the beginning. We needed to show her the evidence. However, she was reluctant to accept.

Great swimmingpool and good place to stay before crossing the border of cambodja when arriving by train. We saw real horror stories on internet to cross the border but all in all, it took only less than 2 hours from this hotel (who ordered the tuktuk for us), crossed the border and obtained a visa and 1km walk to our taxi pick-up point in cambodja.

Breakfast was average. We thought to be able to get a hotel cycle but the cycles were for transport on the premises. The city might not be the best for cycling anyhow.

Lovely hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Excellent air-conditioning and shower. The swimming pool was excellent. The location was great, easy walking distance to town and night market.

Maybe a bit more choice for Westerners for breakfast

Aranyaprathet always feels a bit of a transitory place. It’s hard to walk around and generally feels a bit tired. That said, there were some good street food options over the road at night

Nice swimming pool, lovely breakfast and good room with comfortable bed.

Staff a bit distant and laundry overpriced. The hotel is also a bit expensive for the location.

Pumptrack was really good. Swimming pool was so nice. Our kids loved the sliders. Absolutely loved the food in the restaurant. They have car park. Staff was amazingly helpful.

Receptionist should be serve first who’s come first but I saw they leave me middle and checking in with another customer so looks not good so I prefer ok serve to others but with different staff not only all staff moves to one person.

Breakfast was great and wonderful location, easy to explore and experience the local foods near by as well.

There isn't much to see or do in the area, this is more the kind of place you have to visit for a specific reason rather than plan it as part of a holiday/tour. But saying that, it's a very nice place, and from what I have experienced it's the best hotel in the area by far. The rooms are very clean and comfortable (we took a pool view room which is large and includes a sofa area), the gym isn't amazing but enough for a quick 30-40 mins of basic fitness, and the pool is very nice. It also has a unique cycling theme and has a BMX race track and some other bicycle services.

The only two small complaints would be that it's a little expensive for what it is - in downtown Bangkok it would be about 500bht a night cheaper. But while there is no real competition and no other hotel in the area offering this same level of hotel, it is OK. It really is head and shoulders above all other hotels in the area. The breakfast was also a bit disappointing. No coffee machine (but had a pot coffee), and the cooked breakfast area only had a few choices. The Western cooked options were omlette, cheap sausages and ham, and a fried egg, and only 2 Thai hot options too. For the price of the rooms, they should offer a much wider spread of breakfast items. Still, it's enough to get you fed and going for the day.
