great and helpful staff, especially the reception who speaks English

The restaurant was a big disappointment. Breakfast (included in the price of the stay), small selection, but we would understand that in a small hotel, but the taste of the food was bad, very below average and the soups were ABSOLUTELY cold. We tried dinner once and for the last time. Food for the price like in a TOP restaurant, but the quality was very below average. Spaghetti bolognesse for 400 BTH small portion :-), taste disaster! Overall, we would return to the hotel, but definitely only without food.

Great staff, excellent customer service, the rooms we booked met our desire.

The resturant need to improve, the location was ok but not in the cold top area. The villa design was weird in the middle the plant with bathtub surronded by glass , which was not a smart idea too many insect and the bathtub was dirty, and all the curtain had gaps in between alowing the sunlight in the room, which was disturbing.

Staff at the hotel are exceptionally outstanding. They go out of the way to really make us feel at home in this resort. Highly recommended if the aim is to just stay in and relax.

Hotel was quite a distance from the main road. The small road that leads to the hotel is very rocky and bumpy. Food options are quite limited as there is only 1 restaurant. Will be good if there is a pick up service that can bring us out and in to the main road

Beautiful property. Amazing craftsmanship. Feels very modern but integrated into the natural beauty of Khao Koa. Very attentive and professional staff. Excellent food too. Highly recommend staying at De Capoc.

We were very impressed with the staff efficiencies. Small team and yet their service quality is tremendously commendable. We were attended by the same few staff, from reception, restaurant, housekeeping... and they were patient and attended to us with smiles on their face. Thank you Kwan and Mai for making our stay a memorable one.

Wet flooring when rain. (Note that this is not the staff problem as they were diligently wiping away the water.) Perhaps the property owner could look into this and do something about it. Potentially a safety issue.

The room is huge and spacious, there is a long table to put all your belongings. The breakfast has variety, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff were super helpful. The ladies at the reception were very kind they helped us beyond what they should. It was raining heavily when we checked in on 16 Aug about 3pm. She helped us to carry the bags to our room. I will like to commend her as she really made our day.

Many mosquitos and flies at the dining restaurant but it is understandable as it is outdoor.

Perfect! There were so good for two breakfast meals. There were superb menu and high quality ingredients.
