We stayed at Te Mate Glamping in the Royal villa with our family and absolutely loved it! The location is stunning and incredibly peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The team is fantastic – they take care of everything for you with a warm and welcoming attitude. The food is excellent, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy, including fun options for children. One highlight was a treasure hunt organized for the kids right at the accommodation – full of exciting clues and puzzles that were both entertaining and a bit challenging at times. This is truly a unique and beautiful place, and we would definitely recommend visiting. An unforgettable experience for the whole family.

Incredible accommodation - private villa with jacuzzi on roof. Rooms beautiful and as presented in the pictures. Our butler Ploy and the team were lovely and extremely responsive. Breakfast on our balcony was tasty and a good size. Location was great. Loved this place and would definitely come back!

The only disappointment was that the swimming pool that was advertised was in fact a private pool only available to some residences as I understand. This was not communicated to us and the advertising was misleading, which led to our kids (and us!) being very disappointed when there was no pool for them to swim in. We did raise this with the wonderful staff who allowed us to swim in one of the pools that was available that afternoon which was nice, but we were disappointed about the misleading advertisement.

Stunning setting in the mountains overlooking a valley and more mountain areas. The Residence was 3 stories with a rooftop jacuzzi and lounge area. Super large rooms, plenty of space, very comfy bed. The bathroom was spectacular and probably the best/largest/nicest we've experienced. Endless bottled water was supplied and the concierge was on call (and Line app) for whatever we needed.

First night a wasp appeared in the lounge (not surprising as it's in a nature area!), but the staff came to our rescue with non-poisonous sedation insect spray, captured the wasp carefully and released it back outside to nature! The breakfasts were ok considering the remoteness of preparation and delivery to our Residence. But the coffee was very bad (fyi however we are coffee snobs though!).

Probably the best place to stay in the area. The view is fantastic, and the staff is ready to assist with any requests 24/7. The kitchen deserves special mention – the breakfasts are delicious and hearty. There’s also a wonderful option for a romantic dinner. If needed, you can order from the menu (with very reasonable prices). Everything is super tasty and comes in generous portions. You could easily stay in the house for days, enjoying the view from the second-floor bathtub and the third-floor jacuzzi. There’s a free minibar, coffee, tea, and water. The house itself is very spacious, with two large TVs to choose from. The only place you might see neighbors is on the first-floor balcony, but otherwise, total privacy is guaranteed.

The only thing that slightly distracts from a perfect getaway is the sound. If your windows are open, you’ll clearly hear (but not see) the people from the nearby villa when they’re dancing, cooking, or swimming in the pool. With the windows closed, though, it’s completely quiet.

The staff were very hospitable and lovely. They were accommodating to our requests and replied our messages promptly. They were very generous in giving additional snacks for our kids. They were truly a pleasure to work with. Our room was extremely comfortable, very spacious and peaceful. It came complete with a campfire site where we could toast marshmallows, preferrably at night and they were provided free of charge by the hotel. Great selection of choices for room service and breakfast. Many activities for the kids, and they were reasonably priced - such as baking cookies and clay painting which were done in your unit. They also provide ATV rides which were near the glampsite. There was adequate privacy. Views here were spectacular. We have recommended this place to many friends and family already and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will return to this place.

There is nothing that we didnt like about this place.

The peaceful nature surroundings. Beautiful view when soaking in the jacuzzi. Roasting marshmallows in a fire pit. We specifically want to thanks our personal butler Jay who made us feel at home – always warm, attentive. Welcome us with a big smile. Jay’s service was truly a 5 start. Thank you, Jay, for making our glamping experience so comfortable, memorable, and full of joy.

We had a wonderful stay in Lakeside. It was a well-appointed and generously sized private space that looked just like the publicity photographs. The breakfasts offered featured variety and quality, while the BBQ service was wonderful as well. The host, Sann, deserves special mention for seeing to our every need, round the clock, through responsive management of WhatsApp messaging.

Great 24-hour service from our Butler, Khun JJ, and his team. Fun BBQ and mini marshmallow activities. Dishes of the seasons are delicious. Beautiful scenery on Hill Rock's roof top with Jacuzzi. Well prepared for bugs or mosquito.

Best luxury tent in Khaoyai. Great varieties of breakfast (come as a set meal), served on your room. The tent-space is quite big for whole family (6-7 persons). Good activities such as grill mashmello, atv, pool, and large garden field. There is also private assistants on your stay; so helpful. : )

They might some noises around the tent during the night time but the room provide you with earplugs and eye patch.

The property and facilities were incredible. The attention to detail was amazing. The staff were so attentive and professional. For me this has got to be one of the best resorts globally I have stayed in and would recommend people to stay here. I definitely will be back with my guest in the near future

The next villa had a barking dog not something you want to hear, dog barking in the early morning too. Would suggest pet owners be given villa far away from other guests and there should be a notice on not to play loud music to respect the other villas
