Love this resort .Clean and good staff.Good price.

We really liked this hotel. It is off the main road, so there is no traffic noise. There are roosters and hens walking around the yard, which is great. In the evening, when it gets dark, the local birds start singing, it feels a bit like being in the jungle, but you are still in the city - we really liked it. The location is great - 300 m from the bus station from Bangkok and the ferry port, if you are thinking of going further by boat. The hotel provided us with a rental scooter, which was very useful for us to explore the area and try different places to eat. We didn't use the pool, we just sunbathed there, but we really liked the cleanliness both near the pool and around the area. The staff was super nice, we liked everything.

very nice place. highly recommended. clean, spacious, new. big pool. free bicycles. lots of street food in the area. supermarkets, market, restaurants. the port is also very close. beach is okay (on Koh Samed water and sand are amazing, go there for the beaches. 120 baht round trip by boat)).

I stayed for two nights before getting the ferry to Koh Samet to see what Ban Phe was like and was glad I did. They have recently built a swimming pool, which was a huge bonus! It is beautiful, as is the rest of the property. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay again if I stay in Ban Phe.

Maybe the neighbourhood- it is judt aling a pretty busy street. But we choose the location on purpose- as we arrived in the evening and left by ferry to Koh Samet the next morning. Therg For it was perfect- and I would definitly consider to stay longer another time!

The units are set in a beautiful garden, with mature trees and ornamental planting. There is also a small group of exotic fowl wandering about, adding to the cicadas and bird song. The hotel let us use their bicycles for free, which was convenient to reach the bit of beach further along the road and the "urban forest". Had we needed the main town centre the bikes would have also been useful as it is some 1-2km away. There are shops and eating places all the way along the waterfront as far as the piers opposite the hotel, so we had no need.

Nothing really. We had intended to travel further, but it was so pleasant in the grounds of the hotel that we decided to enjoy just being there.

Perfect location if you take the ferry/speedboat to the island Ko Samet. Very friendly personnel. Very simple hotel but decorated with taste and cheap. Reception is open much longer than the 5pm mentioned on booking.

If you are noise sensitive, the walls are really thin. But with earbuds is is perfect. No breakfast. It if you go to the island take the breakfast there. So much more pleasant.

have been here many times over the years due to convenient location and great value for money. Rooms away from the main road are recommended. Dont book if you are not an early riser - on site roosters are the best alarm clock (06:00 am).

Noise from the road

Quite good location nearby the Naunthip pier. We arrived Ban Phe around midnight time therefore we stayed for one night and then tomorrow for heading to the Koh Samed island. Room is clean, staff very nice and friendly, waiting us for check in till 1 am.

Just reminding, u need bring ur toothbrush & toothpaste, anyway, it won’t be big problem, cause 7-11 is nearby Truly, like other customers’s comments, the roosters began crowing at very early in the morning, woke me up at 4

Perfect room, nice size, clean, comfortable and modern. Patio outside the room and a nice clean swimming pool to use if you choose. Idea location for the ferry over to Koh Samet (less that 5 minutes walk).. which was why I chose the hotel
