Very nice and big room. Nice staff. Very good place to relax. There are few tourists. Several huge or large shopping centers. The fitness center is amazing!!! Very nice and clean pool. Quiet place.

I didn't like the price/quality ratio. There were some small cockroaches in the room almost every day. Two balconies are great but!!! in one balcony there were always pigeons that shit directly on the floor. The staff helped clean it a couple of times. But the smell from pigeons cannot be removed. The built-in laundry dryer was located right under the pigeons. I asked to give us another one so that I could put it in the room. Thanks for staff! They helped us bring a new one. We did not ask to change the room, but be aware that there are some cockroaches and pigeons on the balcony in the room on the 3rd floor.

I know to area of Bangkok, so not quite as busy.

The area had some lovely restaurants, but this would be a place you would go to if you had a purpose. There is not much to do outside of a few great restaurants in the area and the central shopping centre not too far away. But it is quite a distance away from transportation to areas to sightsee. There is a lot of roadwork going on in this area at the moment I think mainly because they’re extending the BTS into this area.

The location is amazing and rooms are decently good Central Rama 2 is at walking distance and so is a park and go wholesale departmental store. As I am a runner the park was an advantage and it's a peaceful place as compared to the hustle bustle of Sukhumvit areas

I had booked a king size bed but they provided a twin bed . They sent a message for the same and I requested for an upgrade to king size bed for which they asked me additional 500 Bhatt. I think they should have provided a king size bed .

Kind staff, clean room and very close to the Thai market, 5 minutes drive to a big shopping mall, massage salon, nail salon, 7eleven...I only can recommend this hotel 🙏🙏🙏

Breakfast has so little choice, no bacon, red beans, choco, the croissant was dry, on the last day there where no sausages (2 emty tray's) BUT the staff was so king 🥰 The elevator check was overdue (30 november 2023) and we stayed there in december 🤔

Great gym attached to the hotel and access included with the room. Huge shopping mall 7 minute walk away. rooms are clean and sufficiently sized with a desk and small balcony. Great roof top pool with city view (see live music noise trade off comment below). Suggest upgrading the room, at least the first upgrade. The second upgrade to a suite is also recommended. The suite option doubles the room size and provides a clothes washing machine in the room.

Noise in the evening from the outdoor restaurant across the street. Live music (and of poor quality) until 10, 11, or 12 PM. Consider trading the view side for the other more quiet side of the hotel.

We stayed in a junior suite which came with fantastic facilities including a washing machine and a hob. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The car park is underground and very secure. The location is excellent with a 7/11 next door and busy day market right across the road (lots of delicious food!). The large shopping mall Central Rama 2 is also within walking distance. The rooftop swimming pool is also very nice.

No major flaws, overall a lovely experience.

We dont use the breakfast bar but it does look good

The view wasnt the best because we were put into another building behind the main hotel , but it was new year so we can understand the reason for it.

The room was very clean with no hidden surprises. The bathroom was clean with clean comfortable towels. The staff assisted with getting my luggage to and from the room and the parking was convenient and easy.

A couple of the accent lights were out or not working properly, specifically the lights over the desk and above the bed.

Great Location. Complimentary Gym is a full commercial gym comparable to full gyms in the USA and attached to the hotel. Major shopping mall located and easy 7 min walk from hotel. Roof top infinite pool has a great view and you generally have it to yourself. Recommend selecting the "Superior" option to get view from the room, microwave, upgraded furnishings. It is well worth the extra few dollars.

Front desk lady (Monday morning by checking out) , was sitting there just to do her job, no smile nothing😴, so 200bath tip for cleaning lady . Bathroom mirror Verry poor light, difficult to shave ... Room for improvement 😎
