The hotel is based on a lovely safe beach and the swimming pool and the grounds were exceptional. The food for breakfast and in the Blues River Bar was excellent. Both good value and great thai food. The ponds with coy carp and other fish were great to see as was the other local wild life birds and butterflies. It was very relaxing holiday and in great location.

The TV only had 1 channel. Couldn’t change the channels. The AC kept shutting off.

Odd neglect of simple things that could be cleaned up and look much better easily. By the pool there was a big orange garbage bag the whole time. And rusty maintenance tricycle both right at the pool edge. Blue pipe garbage just around the pool and drain hoses where ever you walk. Is there a manager or grounds person that can think and care about simple things ti make the facilities 100x better with just a little more effort. But for me that is typical of my Thai hotel experiences. I am foreigner living in Thailand with my Thai family.

Staff called day before to replace the room, as they forgot to do reserved our chosen room.

The location on the beach is perfect. Rooms are good, clean and all was in good working order. Nice and maintained garden. Beach facilities were perfect.

Without advising us, the rooms were not cleaned during our stay without the "clean room" sign hanging outside on the door knob. Check-in time was 2 pm. When we finally went to our room around 2:30 pm, it was still dirty and not cleaned. Internet poor and intermittent in the rooms. Plenty of mosquitos in the room. Breakfast was limited and we constantly had to ask for refills. The staff was not replenishing items before they were empty. Running out of bread at 8:30 am is not exceptable. The problem is lack of any management staff present on the premisses, resulting in the staff not having the right motivation and probably training required to make this a perfect hotel.

The location was great and that’s about it.

Went with my family and we reserved 3 rooms. None of the showers had good water pressure. One of the doors to the main room didn’t shut/lock. One of the connecting room doors was able to be accessed by a different family in the room next door, the food options for the included breakfast were limited and the food wasn’t delicious. Overall the location was the only thing good about the hotel. Overpriced and underserved.
