I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant and stress-free experience. They arranged a shuttle to the airport as well as a pick-up from the bus station, both of which worked seamlessly. I felt truly welcomed throughout my stay. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel’s location was convenient – just a 12-minute walk to the river, with everything else you might need easily accessible along the way. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfort.

We very much enjoyed our stay. They made us feel like home and we had a delicious breakfast both days. The garden was beautiful and the location great for walking and exploring the city.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, great shower. Best if all though, the wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend a stay here, and the location is perfect, a short stroll to the old town and riverside with its many cafe bars, boutiques and craft shops.

As hotel is located on a main road our sleep was disrupted by traffic noise.

Clean and modern room/hotel, good beds and bathroom. Friendly staff let us check-in early. Not too far from the historic district, restaurants, market and mall nearby.

No window in the basic twin room, a bit cramped and stuffy. Internet was laggy during our whole stay.

Super-helpful staff - really helped us with several things like onward buses, arrangements for drivers etc; clean room with very comfy beds & excellent bed linen; v convenient location just a few minutes from the river. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again.

The room was nice and modern, location was great, and the staff are super friendly. They even called someone to come and drop off a motorbike for me and collect it the next morning. Excellent value for money.

Good beds, clean and new bathroom. Very accommodating staff. Good AC. The room we booked was very small and had no window so we paid for an upgrade. .

Blackout curtains would have been good on the big window. Breakfast possibilities would have been good.

Everything perfect, very clean and new room, comfortable bed, silent air condition and good wifi. Also very close to the City center.

Loved the lady, mother of the owner, who was so friendly and informative. She spoke English and was just the sweetest. If I ever come back I’ll stay here again!
