Very clean and big room in a residential area. Good bed with basic breakfast. We showed support by buying their tour package but no attention to our request...

Bad communication with owner as they don't reply my request for breakfast in box as we have to leave early the second morning after paying them in full directly without discount in cash.

- offered Daytrips are not up to date. I booked a tour including 9 sights in Chiang Rai. But unfortunately this tour got updated a longer time ago and now there are 2 sights removed of the tour, which I didn’t know while booking…

Nice staff. Breakfast the first morning was good: 2 cooked options. The second morning not so good. Otherwise the usual basic breakfast: nescafe, tea, bread, boiled eggs. Bathroom was small but shower ok. Beds comfy

The location wasn't great. We had to get transport to attractions. However the main sights are spread out so nowhere would be near everything

Big and clean room, breakfast was amazing, we appreciated the vegan butter. Staff are very kind and helpful. The tour we booked at the hotel was also really good

shower was at best tepid no electric shaving point in bath room and the ones in bedroom were not lit had to ask for room clean my stay was 13 nights

Very lovely family run Guest House. 15 min walking to night bazaar and Clock Tower. Other street food places closeby.

It was a nice, clean, basic room. The location was good, I was able to walk into town, it only took 15 minutes or so to get there.

No hot water plumbed in the sink in the bathroom, but that seems to be common in parts of Thailand.

We liked the hostess, she was very friendly and gave a lot of advice. The place is accessible on foot to the city center. We could go everywhere by taxi.
