The hotel was new, super clean, modern, nicely designed, very welcoming, and a really great place to stay. Central convenient location. We enjoyed spending time on our 3rd floor balcony that has a view to the river (over some rooftops). Cleaning service each day. Had all the amenities we needed plus a few (hot water/coffee/tea in room, fridge, hairdryer, etc). A very nice place to stay for a great value. And there’s parking!

Wonderful location on the bank of the Ping river with idyllic country views. Lovey traditional Thai style building very well equipped with comfortable beds, good air con and bathroom. Facilitiies for self catering. Good wifi. Lovely gardens.

Staff not friendly at check in. No restaurant, and good restaurants a few minutes drive away, took some finding! The location and gradens are beautiful, but the accommodation is a few kilometres from the town centre and the lovely historic park

January 2023, elderly couple, 2 nights. Spacious place, modern, tastefully furnished, comfortable bed, fine bathroom. Breakfast good average. Bycicle rental next door! On bike we went slowly within 40 minutes to Sop Ruak, most of the ride on a "promenade" kind of street along the river. Two great Opium museums there!

You have to aknowledge that staff understands in fact very little English. When we asked, if we could rent bycicles, she said "only TucTuc". That is not really negative, just fact in this corner of the world.

Big rooms, with well equipped big bathrooms, so hotel and breakfast nearly perfect.

Even if not exactly directly at the main road, most rooms are very much exposed to it. It can get loud during the night. Select an appropriate room.

Great location in town and across from the river. The night market was excellent and just down the street. The room was spacious with a refrigerator and tv. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast (additional cost) included a western, Thai or Northern Thai choice and was very good. We would stay again!

The location across from the river on the main road was perfect. From our balcony we had a view of the Songkran festival across the street. Bicycles they gave us enabled us to ride to the Golden Triangle Opium museum- a pleasant route with a bike path the whole way.

Everything about the hotel was excellent from the staff to the superb room.Really modern and clean. The breakfast is excellent Congratulations to the staff for making my stay very pleasant

The location across from the river is very nice, with plenty of parking available. The rooms were a good size, and came with a decent sized balcony which offer nice views if on the 3rd floor.

Nothing. Avoid rooms to the street, might be noisy. Our room in the back was completely auiet.

lovely property!! we stayed here just one night to go birding at a lake nearby, and it was the perfect spot. the breakfast in the morning was delicious, and they have bikes you can use for free. the bikes can be finicky at times, but they got us to the lake and back and it was perfect! they were very helpful with us checking out and still using the bikes. we would definitely stay here again!
