Spacious room, comfortable bed and blanket. large parking area. Good breakfast service that open very early (05:30hr). other facilities (swimming pool, fitness) available (although did not use). Room has light blocking curtain which keep the light out for sleep. Small convenient store onsite. Japanese food restaurant on site at reasonable price.

Not very clear sign for lobby when drive in. Although lots of parking but could be confusing as guest would not know which building to park for their room before check-in. Signage a little bit poor. parking area not very well lit.

Staff, property, and restaurant are very good.

This hotel is very strange in that you cannot charge expenses to your room. Everything is a cash transaction which is a nuisance. It is the only hotel where I have stayed that does this. I was able to discuss and resolve this issue by physically giving my credit card to the front desk to hold during my stay. Very strange and not business professional nor accommodating. This is a very bad hotel policy, not the staff's fault.

Absolutely nice vintage japanese style hotel with its own onsen. Rooms were great. Especially liked the onsen and japanese restaurant with a huge variety of dishes in the menu. Great value for money.

Railing on the stairs at the entrance and inside hotel should be added or renowated ASAP to avoid any incidents and to make the hotel a safe place for travelling with kids. Maybe we would consider this hotel a good place for a long stay in case it would have a kids club or a small playing room.

The onsen was a bonus to be included in the economical rate , staff very helpful , Sabai Sabai massage very accommodating staff

Just very minor,for feedback for staff only, presentation of the fruit at breakfast needs attention , overall a good but not outstanding breakfast but value for money so no complaints whatsoever

The atmosphere is nice, shady, and there are many trees. It is located on the main road, making it convenient and fast to travel anywhere. The swimming pool is clean and spacious. There is a fitness room that you can use. The food is delicious and the taste is very good. The staff is cute, friendly, and provides very good service.

Breakfast was very Thai which was lovely. Not really continental but I enjoyed my breakfast with a different variety of Thai food.

The pool could not have been cleaner my partner was not happy with it.

It was so nice the location, there is a convenience store inside. The hotel also provided a fantastic Onsen and massage for your consideration.

None, since everything was fine for me, that why the hotel would be top of mine choice for my business trip to Chonburi. The thing that I wasn't like might be parking area. Sometimes, I hardly find the parking lot.

Nice quiet area. Large facility with restaurants and gym. Car service was available.

Location was away from everything. Trip to and from central chonburi 150 each way. BKK ride was 1600 one way. Glad they had car service but was more expensive than bolt or taxi service.

After conducting research, I selected Jpark . I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it!

Large pool, great Japanese restaurant, large room size and bathroom, comfortable bed.

Needs better TV channel options, Thai only TV channels, no movie to watch. Pool water gave my son rash on his neck after coming out from swimming.
