Nice hotel which opposite to the 🏝️ beach. Bangsean beach was not cleaned like expected but you still able to enjoy sea breeze, banana boat, jet ski and sea food. Hotel has their own restaurants and bar. Breakfast was various: Thai, Noodle and American-Europe style breakfast. My impression of the hotel, was Thai Tea and Thai Coffee that were served at Breakfast. There is Pool Bar, which I found it is NICE for our holidays.

No bathtub at my room but it was also okay. Not bad.

The staff, all polite and very friendly. I think a young lady called Aum checked us in . Another receptionist , Teddy was exceptional, making calls etc and helping make sure yours we had booked on Pattaya were all ok and confirmed. The taxis the hotel booked for us were all good and on time The beach is literally on the doorstep.exit the hotel , cross the street and you are there

There was nothing to not like .Although the hotel is a little tired looking , it is perfectly clean and everything worked as it should . Christmas there was quiet, which we liked, the reception staff and manager even gave us a gift which we really appreciated 😄

Great location next to beach. Restaurant in front next to road had good food and service. Pool is very nice, need more lounge chairs. Check in was delayed a couple of hours. Room wasn’t ready. Kicked back by the pool until it was ready.

Check in was at 3 pm room wasn’t ready until 5pm. Hotel just changed ownership. It was also a local holiday weekend. Hotel was very busy.

Firstly I like that their room has kind of sound-proof wall. There was loud music from the beach at late night hours, but when I close the sliding door that open to a balcony, I heard no music noises. Staff were nice also. Moreover I loved that there're some cute cats around, and all those birds and trees made me feel closer to nature.😉 Food there was fine for me for that the veggies was fresh, they provide real butter not butter blend nor margarine and I had tasted some good dishes for breakfast at the hotel.

When we were there, an elevator was out of service, it's the one that nearest to our room. I don't really have anything much to complain.

Location right opposite the beach, although you do have to cross the main road. Pool was very quiet...on a Monday morning we had the pool to ourselves. There is a 7-11 store just outside the hotel entrance.....great for drinks and snacks.

The restaurant does not serve meals at lunchtime or evening. It only provides buffet breakfast, This had a good variety but most of the hot food was lukewarm at best. The Aloha restaurant outside the hotel entrance does serve food all day, but we could never get a table. However, we found Pookie and Eriks restaurant just round the corner, and the food there was very good. There are also many other resturants and street food options close by.

Great pool! Big, and enough parts where you can sit in the pool and read your book. Cute slide for the kids and it even had a pool bar (closed). Pool towels are available in the gym (they don't mention that anywhere). Staff is really nice and friendly. The Aloha Restaurant in front of the hotel is great! Good selection of Thai and Western food. 7 Eleven next door. Beach in front of the hotel but I only went there to take pictures. Great bed, great view also from my window. And a nice seating area in on the balcony! Great shower, hot water!

It's in the quieter part of Baengsaen so for example the cheaper massage salons are 10-15 min away, same with restaurants. Although if you like seafood, just cross the street or go to the left and enjoy your dinner there! The rooms are a little rundown, but that didn't bother me.

The hotel is clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and good air-conditioning. Staff were friendly and check-in was fast and smooth. The location is also convenient—close to restaurants and main roads.

The soundproofing could be improved, as I could hear some noise from the hallway. The breakfast options were excellent we love it ♥️

The staff were amazing and very attentive, especially Teddy . Making phone calls for us ( to a tour operator etc ) and organising reasonably priced taxis. They even gave us a gift on Christmas day. For the price it was good value.

It is a bit faded and past it's best but there was nothing I would really complain about. it was a very quiet time of year, so the restaurant seemed to be closed a lot of the time.

The modern, funky rooms were clean and comfortable.

It sounded like someone was walking around outside on the balcony all night. I think it might have been the balcony patio doors banging during the night strong breeze as it was windy.

pool was fantastic but we stayed mid week so the hotel was not full. I understand the hotel gets busy at weekends so pool might get busy breakfast was excellent room service very good beds comfortable and everything was clean

nothing, the hotel is near a road so there is sometimes traffic noise but we are fussy and managed OK. we took a grab taxi to a nearby restaurant on the beach which was excellent. We stayed in thailand for 3 months and this was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in
