Staff very helpful. Very clean. Breakfast was better than expected for the price range (eggs, chicken sausage, juice, coffee, sliced fruit, several Thai dishes, toast). Nice pool. A very clean self serve laundry (24 hours) is about 300-400 yards away on a side street.

Right on major highway, rooms in back were very quiet, but noise may be a problem in other rooms. Could hear truck noise at the pool. Don’t expect staff to have perfect English (this is not a tourist area). Apple translate function came in handy.

Very friendly staff, beds super comfy. The breakfast each morning was great. It varied on days from buffet to off the menu which was nice. The rooftop restaurant and bar was our favourite area every night and Pam and her staff were wonderful. The pool area was so relaxing. The location was fantastic as well. Walking distance to restaurants, laundry, markets.

Only 1 downside was our shower was cool. Meant for quick shower but everything else was fantastic.

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. It had nice views towards the hill and the back of the town. The swimming pool was a bonus, set in a lovely exotic garden. The attached cafe selling lovely cakes and fresh coffee was superb. The food in the restaurant was tasty, although we were a bit confused one night when we asked to buy gin and tonics and were told we could only buy a whole bottle!

Nice hotel, definitely worth a stay if you're stopping in Chum Phae. The gym in this hotel is the best gym I have been to at a hotel. Pool is nice and the surrounding gardens are nice. The restaurant and upstairs bar/ restaurant are good, great service and the food was delicious.

That I had to leave, wish every hotel was up to the Cheewins standard

A lovely hotel, very clean, comfortable beds with lovely soft linens. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Care and attention in all areas was obvious, the grounds well manicured and public areas spotless. The food was delicious and reasonable. We had a fabulous time, especially having a dip in the pool too.

I was supposed to stay here 3 nights but ended up with 22 nights. The pool is great, rooms are clean, staff and owner are very polite helpfull and nice. The restaurant serves great and yummy food. I had a great experience and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Chum Phae. 🙏❤️

The bed is extremely comfortable. The hotel is new and modern have every facility a good hotel should have. The room is spacious and clean, staff is polite and friendly specially the lady owner is so nice. They also have rooftop bar for drinking and dining, the food is very delicious here. The location is perfect next to local shops and restaurants, parking is free with plenty of space. Highly recommended

Staff were friendly and helpful. The mountain view from our room was great. Location was good with plenty of cafes, bars, street vendors and 7/11s to choose from. A five minute walk from Walking Street market. The pool was clean and the attached coffee shop served excellent drinks at great prices.

The karaoke bar was very loud from around 10pm-2am every night. Very heavy bass, audible even from the fifth floor. Could feel the vibrations through the bed. We asked to move rooms which was accommodated immediately. Still audible, but quieter. The en suite got quite smelly with the door closed. Didn't seem to be an issue with the door open and the room didn't smell on returning. Thai plumbing remains a mystery. The shower head needed descaling.

I only had the breakfast once and it was just fair. It was passable but not exceptional.

The cupboards were not closing correctly and there was no space at all to store clothes. We had to live out of our suitcase

Take care about your booking. The two twin bed room is not really equipped with two twin bed there are only two bed 3.5 size so if you travel more than two person this room will not meet your needs!!!!!
