hip home is a lovely place to stay. my little house was clean & spacious with a comfortable bed, nice linens & an excellent shower. the breakfast was delicious & was served with fresh real coffee. a great way to start my day. the woman who owns/ operates the place is a gem. kind caring helpful. it was so nice i hope to return

Would have stayed longer if we had known how much we loved it! Very comfortable and quiet property. Lots of cute cats roaming around. We absolutely loved the restaurant on site. Delicious food and very affordable beers. We would definitely stay here again!

Lots of animals to hang out with and they even had kittens when we stayed! Was a very cute little hotel room

No food options around but luckily a 7/11 to get breakfast before we left

We stopped there during the Mae hong son loop. So the location was perfect for us. The hosts were really nice and welcoming. The room is clean with all the necessary things needed.

Beds are too hard for European/US standards, but normal for Thailand

It's very quiet, clean and very local, but you feel you're part of nature with the location. 100% recommended 👌 good work

Extremely welcoming when we arrived. Lovely sized room with fridge, TV and nice big bed. Bathroom was a nice size too and near to the weekly Thursday market

Couldn't get the hot water from the shower and shower curtain could do with replacing
