Initially, I booked a room with an extra bed, but later, as I had more company, I needed to change my booking to two rooms instead. Upon arrival, the hotel had prepared one room with twin beds and another with a king-size bed. I requested to have both rooms with twin beds, and the staff quickly accommodated my request, which I really appreciated. The staff clearly explained the services available. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we could see the pool from our balconies. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options. There was an American breakfast where you could order eggs at the counter, as well as boiled rice and cooked rice for those who preferred local dishes. The coffee was fresh and delicious, and we especially loved the strawberry jam. It was truly worth the cost to spend our nights here.

Firstly, this was the best Western Food restaurant I've eaten at in Thailand. All dishes were much better than expected. The rooms were good size and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool was fine, the gym was great, the breakfast was superb and the Onsen experience was just a bonus. The staff here were very responsive to all requests and spoke excellent English. It is difficult to fault our experience here.

Only one small suggestion would be for the gender specific Onsens to have some sort of towel wraps available. Not all cultures are comfortable to be naked in front of strangers.

Am somebody who is very sceptical to hotel how the look on picture vs how u gat to see them. but you see this one i love it.. one of the best Hotels i have ever stayed in.. you gat to see everything in the picture in real life

Modern hotel with excellent pool and spa. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. The Rossini steakhouse was very good although relatively expensive. The staff were also very helpful.

There's not much around the hotel although reception did recommend a couple of other restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

The place is clean and great facilities. The restaurant is so good. I felt so relax there. Staffs are so nice

I think they have to insert more lights around walking on the tower cuz I walked outside alone it’s a bit scary. My room is far from elevator

Reception staff were awesome and went out of their way to assist me with booking rides and planning my days. I also had an amazing time and Massage at the spa.

Excellence hotel. Nice shower room. Good room space. Good view from the room. Recommended if going to Krabinburi.

Car park has no roof, only large tree for covering.

I come from Australia and every time I travel to Kabinburi to visit family I always stay at this hotel as it’s clean with friendly staff, good price and a great breakfast.

The fact there was no umbrellas at the poolside deck with the lounge chairs And no table and chairs on the balcony of our room be nice to sitt outside in the my with a coffee or a beer in the afternoon
