We liked the place very much. Awesome atmosphere, very quiet and cosy as well as comfortable. Great location to chill and forget about your problems. The pool was great and the swim in the river always refreshing. In addition the breakfast could be modified and the dinner could be ordered by phone and was delivered to the veranda of the house. All in all a great and wonderful experience. All the time again and to repeat.

The WiFi was broken and was not repaired. For european customers a coffee machine would be nice as the coffee powder in bags is no alternative.

Just the toilet could be cleaner and the walls too thin can hear neighbours or people walking by. No where to hang clothes or towels.

The breakfast was ok, brought right to the unit, but came pretty late, we wanted to check out earlier, no fault of anyone.

Communication can be better. Not a hote, it's glamping, if that's what is expected than its awesome. the floating raft was nice at the beginning, but noise transfer got annoying very quickly, not from nature, but from others.

Pleasant experience as night fell in the jungle. Host was trying hard. Food and drink delivery to the luxury rooms were a bonus.

Check your expectations when you look at the pictures. They are 10-15 years old. The property has little maintenance, showing its age. I paid the premium for the ‘bath luxury room’ and was no hot water for bath, so wasted my money. I could see the other 2 were pretty run down. Good experience but the property showing its aches and pains.

Beautiful riverside location, room had a terrace overlooking the river, nice place to sit and have a beer and some food . Room also had floor to ceiling windows, and good blackout curtains. Food was available to order to be brought to the room which was nice, and beers available at the reception desk. The young lady on the reception desk was very friendly.

Quite run down , in need of renovation Flaking paint, mould, and generally worn. It's not the fault of the hotel, but the "wildlife" is quite intense, had a big spider and a couple of centipedes in the room, and outside when the sun went down, there are millions of moths. This is a jungle location though, so to be expected . Breakfast buffet was not great.
