Staff are really friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Resort rent scooters and no any problems with that. Scooters are good shape, you can get gasoline and helmet too. we had family room with 3 people (friends). in room we had 3 bed and fridge. aircondition work well. pool and yard is was clean. resort area was quiet and relaxing. Sunsets was awesome to watch on resort pool and bar terace.

In room we had some cockroaches and ants. we visited resort one week and the nights was really windy. some night we was think our roof getting off. But this is nature and when you live near of wild jungle so what you expect?

It was a great spot for our family group of 10! Ages ranging from 11 to 66. It is an older facility with a camping type of vibe. The view was gorgeous with incredible sunsets. Very nice well kept up pool. Beach is not sand but riock. The food menu was vast, cooked to order and delicious! Drinks alcohol/non-alcohol were very reasonable and diverse from smoothies to specialty drinks. Location was good for traveling to other parts of the island. The very friendly staff assisted with arranging travel and sight seeing excursions. Value was great!

Our individual cabins(4) were secure but could use updating to seal windows and doors from insects.

We liked everything really. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The sunsets are amazing, fresh water was supplied each day and rooms cleaned on request. The air con was very effective, which is a big plus. The food excellent and the location was perfect for us in every way. Of you want the height of tiled luxury go somewhere else but if you want a friendly, relaxed and informal place to stay, this is ideal.

The beach immediately outside is rocky not sandy. Nearest ATM is about 15 mins away.

Elephant Bsy Resort is located on the beach front. There are separate bungalows and couple of detached rooms. It's next to restaurants shops local taxi services. All bungalows are built in very beautiful garden with palms and flowers and is very well done.Swimming pool very clean and nice. Beach facilities are everywhere free. The sea view is amazing. There is a kitchen and can be ordered food from 9am to 9pm. Delicious.There is cafe and mini bar. The staff is very helpfull and polite. The place is quiet and have everything for relax and pleasure.

There is not sand beach. But there is everything for sunbathing and swimming.

Elephant Bay Resort, is a long drive from the ferry, but once you get there it's absolute bliss. Good size rooms, ensuite bathroom,big beds and an Aircon that works well. The resort also rents out motorbikes, so exploring the island is a breeze. There is an in-house restaurant which makes some good food. Apart from that there are quite a few places to eat outside the resort. The views from the resort are amazing and the sunsets breathtaking. The owner Rem and his wife are doing a fantastic job. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Highly recommend Elephant Bay Resort and will definitely visit whenever I am on the island again.

You can't really step onto the rocky beach outside the resort. But it makes up with the glorious views from the poolside deck.

Beautiful views, pool, and great location on the island. Bungalows are very comfortable, great value, quiet at night. Nice seating in the restaurant/bar area and the perfect spot for sunset. It is not in front of a sand beach but it’s gorgeous, and there are sand beaches accessible by a short walk or scooter ride. Rented a scooter from them and it was new and high quality. Overall a great 5 days and wish we could stay longer!

Some of the staff weren’t the most helpful, but others were. Also a cat desperately tried to get into our bungalow one night haha

This place is great! Really affordable ocean front with beautiful sunset views. Restaurant on-site is open all day, and the food is wonderful. The swimming pool is a huge plus. The staff and everyone here are SO friendly and accommodating and helpful. Short walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores, and beaches. Will return for sure

Great little resort at the edge of the water (no beach but the water laps up at the edge) very peaceful and quiet. Stayed in the pink room which is really nice with outdoor bathroom. The veranda looks right across at the pool and the sea. The owner is super helpful and very nice. We ate breakfast at the resort each morning for a small price and it was great portions. The resort is close to a couple great restaurants a min or so drive and probably a 5 min walk just up on the main street..the bed is really high but is very comfortable, shower is great warm and good pressure. It's so great we chose to stay an extra night before heading to koh wai.

Nothing it was overall a great stay and would highly recommend

We liked the calm surroundings and the sense of living in a small community with great restaurents and nice helpful people. You could talk to everone and just relax. Bailan Bay is close to great beaches such as Lisca beach and Lonely beach and Bang Bao where you go for snorkling trips. Its a sweet spot on Koh Chang.

Splendid location if you want peace and relaxation. The owner is very accomodating. Staff was trying to be helpful but could benefit from better english and faster service. I really enjoyed the sea breeze and sound of the waves during night time.

AC was really strong, needed a bit to figure out the fine tuning. Also Drop off and Pick Up from Hotel was a bit iffy because the drivers seem to be confused where this Hotel is but that is obviously not the Hotels fault.
