This really was a lovely chilled and unpretentious place which will go down well for foreign budget travellers. Superb location right in town. Excellent WiFi. Nice semi outdoors sitting area, and a table facing the street. Horses are frequently passing and birds are singing at dusk. The lovely staff speak very good English and will fill you out with things to do. Cold Beer and some snacks are for sale. Free use of bicycles and it was a good one. I really liked that they don't clean the room every day, but put a plastic bag with water and toilet paper on your door. Breakfast was included , and it was ok, but had more Asian than western choices. I had the cheapest room , and it was clean and comfortable. The more expensive rooms had a table and chair outside on a shared balcony.

I really wish it was a basic restaurant in the nice semi outdoor sitting area.

Great family-owned place, everyone was very helpful and so nice. The rooms were clean, the breakfast local and very good, place is close to everything what you need (night market, river walk, teak house streets... ). I like Lampang very much because it is a much more authentic place than Chiang Mai and even Chiang Rai. And this hostel was exactly what I could imagine in such a place. See you next year!

The Staff, Nong Non was fantastic. He was helping me and my mom arrange for a last minute sightseeing. Despite the fact that we only stay they for one night. Hotel room is price worthy, bed were comfortable enough. But the duvet could have been thicker. Overall, our experience was great.

But the duvet could have been thicker. The blanket was a little thin.

The location is excellent. The staff were so incredibly helpful and hospitable and assisted us with a lot of things including booking taxis.

The rooms are pretty thread bare, no bedside tables or lamps etc. the bed is pretty solid but we slept surprisingly well anyway.

Very nice hotel, quite centrally located. We had two rooms, very clean. Affordable and good value. Quiet. Moreover, Lampang has multiple landmarks for tourists, definitely worth a stopover.

If i recall well (not fully sure), no elevator in the hotel. Not a problem for us, but it may be an issue for some travellers.

Great location, within walking distance of the weekend night market. Room and facilities perfect for our family of 4, a double and one single bed with an adjoining bathroom with 2 toilets and 1 shower. Breakfast was plentiful, 2 plates for everyone- fried egg and breaded chicken, as well as shrimp paste rice with cucumber, mango, shredded omelette and fresh chilli and stewed pork (a traditional Thai dish), also toast and coffee- more than anyone could ask for. Large fridge and kettle in the room. Staff were approachable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to families.

The lock on the door to our room was difficult to maneuver, key would jam.

The private run hotel was run by the 3 generations - they were very helpful and even drove us to the Saturday morning market and to the bus station.

Our second stay at this hotel. Very good location. Clean and comfortable. Rooms freshly decorated. Great hot shower. Good value for money.

No programmes in English on tv, but for just 2 nights, not a problem. Rooms would benefit from small cupboard to put underwear, T-shirts etc. Very basic breakfast. Rice and fish soup does not appeal much to foreigners. Suggestion: cereal, croissants and yoghurt? Don't need to do a big buffet!

A lovely big room. Good working airconditioning. A big bathroom with 2 toilets and a shower . Parking behind and in front of the building. Host was verry nice and helpfull..
