We stayed in a mountain Suite. It was fabulous. . Wonderful room exceptional size with massive bathroom bath and separate shower. The most amazing views. . Breakfast outstanding with so much choice . Dining outstanding too . Staff extremely attentive and always going that extra mile. Nothing too much trouble. Definitely will be going back four nights just not long enough. Very secluded location but all part of the charm.

Nothing to dislike truly amazing place to stay . . Only thing is you will need transport as its very secluded.

Really original and wonderful place in the semi-jungle. Views from the breakfast terrace are fabulous and the restaurant is decorated tastefully. We had the Thai suite which was really wonderful and super spacious. Recommend to everyone. Hotel has a list of regional tours which are reasonably priced. We met the daughter of the owner who was not only super kind to our son who was running around but also told us some very interesting stories about the heritage of the hotel and its owner. Staff in general is really kind and genuinely helpful. Pool area is very nice and SPA/massage was good and works well. No issues regarding distance to breakfast or steps and in case you cant walk there are buggies who offer help. Genuinly great place. Loved it.

Stunning views, spatious rooms, great climate control, fantastic service, absolutely peaceful, and a very, very good restaurant for both Thai and western food.

Perhaps a few steps along the path to our villa could be repaired, and there was a few things that might need a little refreshing. However, overall, this place is great!

Breakfast was nice. Good choice. Location was secluded and has some beautiful views.

I ordered a steak the 1st night I stayed. It was terrible and not edible. I had also order chicken BBQ as a starter which came after the steak. This was nice and was filling so I didn't complain about the steak. Probably better not to order western food in Asia if it's not a specialty restaurant.

The service oriented attitudes of the staff, from the one who fetched us from the airport to the housekeeping staff. Even their service partner (taxi driver who fetched us to the airport) has good service attitude. He was careful to make sure my party of 3 was comfortable during the ride, adjusting the aircon flow and his driving speed. The impression I went away with is that the service staff were very prepared to go out of their way to accommodate guests' requests. I had to work on an urgent piece of work. As I did not plan on doing any work during this break, I did not bring my laptop. I asked the Reception about using their Business Office, but was informed that they have not set up one. After I explained my dilemma and requested to use a computer, Reception went to obtain permission for me to use one of their computers. It really made my day, and my boss's too, I dare say.

There is only 1 phone in the unit. By the time I rushed out from the washroom to the phone beside the bed, the line had stopped ringing. Please consider to have another parallel line in the washroom.

The property is beautiful, the rooms are huge, breakfast is extremely elaborate

There’s not too much to do, upon arrival I hoped they would give us suggestions for tours or other things. The spa is great, however some music during the treatment would have been nice.

Incredible place to stay!!! Such a stunning location and resort! Staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. We are planning to come back and stay here again, absolutely beautiful accomodation in amongst beautiful greenery/trees. Food at restaurant was very delicious too!

No complaints, stunning place and excellent service, we will be staying again.

Firstly, the staff including in the restaurant are doing an amazing job. They will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. The hotel is overlooking rural areas and forest. Both the sunrise and the sunset should be experienced here. You will enjoy this place if you come for peace and quiet. The food was also very good, especially the northern Thai dishes.

The breakfast in April was not great with very limited options on the “menu” possibly due to low number of guests staying at this time of year. After a couple of days, it felt repetitive. The air conditioning in the room is very loud and needs updating. The windows and doors have big gaps in the frame which is why mosquitos etc can come in. It’s not a good idea to visit the northern region in March/April due to the air pollution.

Stunning place! Magical sunset view from private balcony of my suite! Clean, spacious, well decorated room, super clean, comfortable bed and pillows, great facilities, best body massage ever and most of all very friendly and helpful staff! The reception staff, the restaurant staff and their manager Lissa made me feel like I stay with family. Don't think about it, just book it and enjoy this place :-)

The restaurant menu could have a few more items in it as we were there for quite a few days and after a few days had tried everything on the menu. Plus they did not offer Thai milk tea n mango sticky rice. The desserts were a bit too western.
