The design is good. Spacious room size. Comfortable beds. Enough lighting, easy to read and put on make up. And of course, plug outlets are everywhere. There is no need to take turn to charge our phones. Plenty of the electrical outlets. We can charge, can dry our hair and watch TV at the same time. No problem. Breakfast is good on the roof top area. Welcome drink is nice and delicious.

No elevator. Echo, neighbor makes round noise at 3 am. The cement floor can't absorb any noise. Super loud for a moment when the drunk persons returned to their room.

Check in: Receptionist was very helpful and suggested interesting places for dinner. She was courteous, and the whole experience was pleasant. The hotel's facade was pleasing and I especially liked the little scooter and swing in front of the hotel.

Would have been better if the hotel had an elevator, especially for the elderly with weak knees. Other than that, I found little fault with this hotel.

overall experience is Good the design and cleanliness is perfect. Only some misunderstanding that i didnt aware that there is no eleveator and we do have 1 senior but staff help to assign to 2 floor and get the breakfast from 4th floor to room service. But on check in date we arrive a bit before noon time and ask if we can get 1 room (from our 3 rooms) early check in for the senior but the staff said its the ppolicy to check in at 2 pm. only.

Have all facilities you need for short stay, good design. Room layout is perfect, doesn't feel cramp even 6 people in the room.

Better if they offered fresh brew coffee in breakfast set, not Instant Coffee.

The staff was very friendly and informative. The beds comfortable. The decor unusual for Thailand but well done. The breakfast was ample and delicious.

A bit difficult to locate .

The room size was large. Mattress was good quality

The bathing space in the bathroom was quite small and the partition in the bathroom was the glass so it quite dangerous when we were moving in the bath area.

No elevator and i didn't aware of so a bit difficult for elderly as the guest room is on 2nd floor onward and the retaurant is on 4th floor. But the hotel manage to send the breakfast set in room.

We wish there had been a bar for an evening drink. The bathroom could do with an overhaul - the grouting was black and dirty and the tiles could do with a good scrub

Decoration.

Better to build up a small elevator (thb 1xxk) for customers due to the ladder is quite risk to falling down. The decoration is really nice.
