It's a nice secluded spot. Very peaceful spot to unwind. Fabulous swimming pool. Breakfast is not quite as good as last year. That could be the increase of cost and economic climate.

When I first booked. I mentioned that I was on my honeymoon, and I would like a double bed. I didn't get it. The housekeeping was a little poor. We had to ask to have the room cleaned. I know things are tougher than last year when I stayed. But if you take preventive measures on maintenance. It's better than cure, which is normally more costly. I still love staying it just needs a little TLC in places.

A brilliant team of professional and dedicated staff work hard to make your stay fantastic. It’s exceptional value for money as it includes a varied breakfast: cereal, toast, fruit, eggs, coffee for western palates and incredible Thai/ Lanna food: sticky rice, Northern herby sausages, nam prik ong, a curry, coconut deserts. (You won’t need lunch in a hurry!) The gardens are well maintained, a clean is offered every day and there’s a mixture of rooms to choose from- close to the swimming pool or a little bit away from it if you want more privacy. The pool is great for relaxing, there are bikes to borrow for a scoot round the lake. And as long as you have a car, you have access to some of the most astonishing scenery in Thailand. Nan is simply beautiful, and so green at this time of year. Thank you for a lovely and memorable stay.

Brilliant quaint little place, on a lakefront. Great rooms, fantastic pool with a jacuzzi. Basic good breakfast. enough to power you through the day. The staff is helpful and the best part is that they have your room with an adjacent garage to park your car. For people traveling with heavy luggage, its such a relief!

The only grouse would be that the beds were a tad bit hard, but this is a norm throughout thailand. The bathroom could do with a little work on upkeep, the fitting still work well, but dated.

Lovely good sized pool that was very well maintained. Rooms were spacious, clean and the mattress excellent and firm. Very nice staff and decent variety at breakfast. You can buy nice coffee at the Café linked to the hotel. Parking available right next to the room. It looked like they are building a gym which is exciting, so keep your eyes peeled I guess.

Some bits ran out at breakfast and were not replaced so it reduced the variety, but still a very decent breakfast overall. The location is a bit out of town, more an FYI than a negative. We were aware of that and had a car, so it was fine.

Well laid out, well looked after, green with well selected trees planed to give desired ambiance. Polite. And efficient staff. Good housekeeping

Lack of restaurant. Only catered for breakfast. Did not try out so cannot comment on Quality. Provision of shower booth will improve bath facilities. All fixtures are provided but water from shower spreads on floor of entire bathroom

The large room , with seperate large sitting space. Easy to find and close to city by car. Very quiet. Convenient large parking place next to room. Very clean and well maintained rooms, pool and garden. Friendly and helpful staff ! Really good breakfast with local specialities and fresh brewed coffee, the best ! Prolongued our stay , and will book there again !

Everything perfect

Outstanding!! This resort is quiet, clean and the staff are very eager to help and friendly. The breakfast is superb and the local selection is varied and beautiful tasting. The free bicycles allowed us to saunter into the city and markets. I have no hesitation in recommending this resort for a getaway. We will definitely return here.

Fantastic, huge, beautifully designed room & bathroom. Garden and surrounds we're very nicely done. Friendly, helpful staff. Price very reasonable. Quite reasonable breakfast.

They don't do dinner, a disappointment as it is a bit out of town (5Km) & nothing around close by. They have cooking facility, & a nice eating area, so it wouldn't be hard to have a limited dinner menu to save having to get a taxi into town.

Breakfast was good. It was served from 7-10 so could sleep in and still have time to make breakfast. Location was good and close to downtown. We like it so much we extended our stay for another night. Also had a room by the pool which is very nice and good temp. I would recommend booking a pool side room if you stay here. Thanks Rick

All was good

For the price the Breakfast buffet was great. The room was bigger than most and had a comfortable bed. Being able to park right beside the room was also very convenient. The pool was a good size. The lake at the front gives a nice view while having breakfast.

The siding door would sometimes make sounds from the wind as if it wasn't a perfect seal.
