We stayed at Pim Pool Villa for 2 nights whilst travelling north thailand on a motorcycle. We chose one of the pool villas which was excellent. Comfortable, quiet and nicely appointed. Staff at check in were very professional and polite. We dined at the hotels restaurant on both nights and was reasonably priced and food delicious. Breakfast was excellent with many choices both local and western dishes. The only negative which did not affect us, was you need transport as the location is outside the main town/city area. We actually chose the location because of this, we wanted quiet area. The grounds and gardens are beautifully maintained.

Standard of accommodation, we stayed in one of the suites and it was very comfortable. The pool was fantastic for such a relatively small hotel. Breakfast was ok but a bit uninspiring. It’s also good to have the restaurant nearby. However the standout was the staff, they were friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

One of the nights we were kept awake until 3 in the morning by a group staying in some of the rooms eating and drinking outside. There appeared to be no members of staff onsite to deal with this.

I like the atmosphere at the resort, calm and quite

I don't like the way property handle a receipt, not just property but Booking.com acutlly. Guest paid 100USD (just for an example) but property said can issue the invoice just 93USD -- exclude fee for Booking.com and tax. The total money guest spend for the hotel is 100USD but receipt said different, how comes?

A very nice new hotel close to town with lovely rural views and friendly staff. Large rooms with very comfortable super king beds and quality furnishings. Excellent breakfast.

Being elderly we would prefer a walk in shower rather than shower over bath tub.

Big modern room with a king size bed. Swimming pool large enough for swimming.

They have a surcharge of 3,5% on payments with credit cards. Water from the shower smells fouly in the beginning. Breakfast was okay, but did not meet our expectations.

The rooms were amazing, very new, clean and comfortable. A couple of small issues which I did speak to the manager about and she took it onboard and will sort it. Because the hotel is new there a a few minor teething issues.

The restaurant was a nightmare, ordered food waited over an hour, when we chased the food they told us they had run out. Had the exact same the following night. The restaurant looks amazing and the food we had was good. Next time I would check to see if they have it when ordering.

A new, Modern and very comfortable Resort. Good, very friendly and competent Stafgäf. A very Restaurant. A very good Breakfast, with a good Varity of Food. A very nice and long Pool.

Kitchen staff could have been more accommodating at lunch restaurant staff were great and provided good service

Very nice bedroom and great welcome and services. A rare occasion too to discover Thai wine at the restaurant.

Unfortunately it was not the good season for the rice fields all around my villa.

It was an excellent location. It was an excellent room. I never accepted to find something so luxurious in this area. Highly recommend.
