Very Chic , modern and atmospheric hotel located in the center of phattalung town with views of Talu mountain range . It's a short distance from all of the tourist attractions and excursions if you have a car or transport. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and have a balcony with a nice bright shower room to freshen up in . You get looked after by the staff from the moment you arrive in the car park entrance to the moment you leave . There are many great restaurants and shops nearby including the coliseum shopping centre , the night market and walking street so I could not fault the hotel and will definitely come back when visiting phattalung in the future .

No need for negative comments. There is always room for improvement. Maybe a rooftop swimming pool and gym would be the next step to make the hotel even better but it is excellence in hotelier standards.

Room and Location. Friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. They are really awesome team and consistent since they have started. The pipe into the shower water heater leak during our stay and was rectified immediately. This time round, perhaps due to Thailand holiday, there was always a concern on whether were there car park lot available because it was packed. Nevertheless, we always got a lot and closely directed by the staff. All are good except for the pillows.

There was only 2 pillows in the double room, so one per person. Problem was they were rather flat and thin, thus not comfortable at all. If there was four pillows, at least we can stack and adjust ourselves.

Hotel is walking distance from the train station. Location is great. Hotel is beautiful. Rooms are clean & really nice. Rooms have balcony. Staff are friendly and helpful. Appreciate the welcome drink & buffet breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Patthalung. Just skip the hotel breakfast if you wish to catch the sunrise at Thale Noi lake. Hotel does not arrange tours. We managed to charter a 10-seater to Thale Noi (Mr Of +66847155200). Boats at Thale Noi are 600 bath per boat for an hour ride. Beautiful sunrise at the lake. Unfortunately, not many lotus flowers in the lake in December.

Great location. 10 min walk to the train station nite food street ,shopping centre like Coliseum Mall and 7-eleven stores & eateries.

Don’t like they charge me 600 bahts for losing 2 room key card . It is my fault for losing the 2 key cards . Could just charge me for 1 . Doesn’t cost much to make the key card. No goodwill given at all. I stayed for 3 nites.

This hotel is located near a night market but the night market is a bit disappointed. Overall the location is good because it is in the center of Phatthalung town. The ambience and decoration in the lobby is very eyes catching. Cleanliness and comfy of the rooms are well maintance. A wellcome drink and goodbye drink are prepared for guests.

For a 4 star hotel, staff very helpful, attentive n explained well whn v checked in. My child got very excited cos there was stickers n magic wand given to her upon checked in. They hv bell boys to help us wz luggages to our room n he explained everything in d room b4 leaving. Rooms n corridor r clean. Bathroom floors r not slippery n the floor tiles r sort of comes wz anti slip. It is within walking distance fr the the train station, night market which open in d evening n lots of tasty food m reasonably priced compare to Hatyai. The towels r folded in a shaped of elephant to welcome us. There is welcome drinks which one can enjoyed at d coffee shop which oso comes wz local snacks. We also ate pork chop at d hotel restaurant which is so nice n d meat was very tender.. We woke up late n d housekeeping staff didnt disturb us by knocking d door but d reception ask for permission to clean up d room at d lobby as we went out. Will definately stay in this hotel should v head to Phatthalung again

Room 4415 aircond was super loud. The aircond noise comes off n on throughout the night n disturb my sleep. I didnt request to move to another room cos of the hassle moving our stuff. Hopefully it could be rectify

spotless room, very well located, the staff was super friendly and efficient

the bell of the lift is too loud, my room was very close to the lift, if you spend some time in the room on a busy day it’s a bit too much, ask for a room away from the lift if you want to sleep till a bit late. The outlet of the shower is very small(at least in my room) a wider one would make showers much nicer. that said, I give this property the highest rate because it just deserves it

The Centris is in a great location just a few hundred meters from the train station, the night market, Wat Khuha Sawan and Khao Ok Thalu. The rooms are modern and clean, and each one has a notebook that includes information on local street food to try. Staff are helpful despite language barriers.

The WiFi/Internet speeds get very unreliable in the evenings when guests retire to their rooms. Because so few tourists come to Phattalung, only a few of the staff speak English. And as of October, there is construction of a new building in front of the hotel, which makes it noisy during the day.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. They work in a team, they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for welcoming gifts for kids..you really win their heart. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Phatthalung.

I wish the hotel can have a bigger room for a big family with young children.. maybe with 2 queen or a bunk bed.

The rooms are big. The staff are engaging and friendly. There are ample of carparks available. Recent event is to post and tag the hotel in FB, a successful tagging will be rewarded with a delicate nail scissors.

For improvement: provide shaded carparks, and also wider parking lots.
