We have stayed twice in this hotel on our way to Chiang Mai and back. First we had a room on a ground floor, then on the second. We preferred the first floor as there was less noise. Good location and convenience. The room is clean and specious. The bed is comfortable

The water was barely warm. The AC was uncontrollable. It was either super strong or not cooling down at all. On the second floor we could hear all the noises. Plus birds were jumping on the roof, that we can hear clearly.

Quiet surrounding and easy access to the room and dining area. I also enjoyed the swimming pool with its jacuzzi after a hot afternoon.

I missed a small side table with a lamp next to the bed.

This hotel advertises a restaurant which it DOES NOT have. I particularly booked this hotel because it advertised as having a restaurant. I was most disappointed when I found on arrival that there was not one.

Great welcoming owners with a great location just across the "bamboo bridge" to walking street. A modern facility with nice surrounds. Clean rooms and quite comfortable beds. Great fruit salad with yogurt for breakfast.

My common complaint is the lack of hot water to bathroom sinks in Thailand but it's never a deal breaker.

The shower was not very strong needs a little maintenance, I think.

Breakfast is not too bad. Would be better with more variety of food. Not enough space for car park. Locations is not hard to find.

The room could use night tables, this would be easier to place items beside the bed. The property could also improve its WIFI network structure to allow more than 2 devices, although it was not an issue as the property did provide additional access when requested.

The hotel is quiet and the location is good. The staff is helpful. The room is clean and comfortable.

Breakfast can be improved. The towels look a bit old and smelly.
