An absolutely amazing hotel where the staff at reception goes above and beyond to make their guests happy! And extra compliments to the managers at reception, both the lady in the week as the man in the weekend! They know the meaning of hospitality! I can’t thank them enough! Rooms are clean and spacious, big comfortable beds with nice sheets. Smart tv and personal wifi in each room! Good shower, nice looking and clean bathroom.

The rooms aren’t soundproof and some guests are not considering other guests early in the morning. One morning cleaning staff woke me up several times, and reacted rudely when I asked them to be quiet at 8 am, and staff at reception handled it amazingly, compensated me and talked to the cleaning staff, and it didn’t happen again afterwards. They absolutely put in the work to listen and to change with the feedback! The swimming pool is nice, I’d advice to put a bamboo fence around it so it feels more private from the street

I have stayed here before and it still lives up to my expectations. The rooms are clean, the beds are wide and comfortable, and the wifi is stable. I like the breakfast choices aswell, and the pool is a nice addition. I often get very good discounts on this hotel through Booking, which I really enjoy. Every time I go to Rayong I always check if Plaii Plus is available.

The only thing missing is a gym. Sure, you kind of need a vehicle to get around, but thats the case for all of Rayong.

Breakfast was great, it felt like home cooked meals. The pool was perfect location and the hotel location so close to the night market was really sealed the deal. So much good food within walking distance, and for such good prices. One of the best places to eat at a fraction of the cost.

The location could have been better, I didn't realise that we could walk to the beach, but the roads are main roads so if you want something close to the beach, this might not be the best location.

I used this as a base to work remotely before going to Koh Samet for a long weekend. Fast internet, Clean and near 2 night markets 7-11 in walking distance.Small but good swimming pool to relax in the evening. Huge restroom.Decent breakfast in the morning .

Not much to dislike for its price value

Hotel location is great. It is very convenient to walk or drive to shopping malls or markets nearby. The hotel has plenty of parking lots. The room was spacious.

It is too close to Mor Saroj night market. As a result it was a bit noisy a night. Hotel breakfast was too simple and has limited choice but was still sufficient to fill your stomach not impressive.

I liked everything about this hotel. Clean rooms, stable wifi, new bathroom, pool, good breakfast, soft big beds, and good value for money.

The only thing missing is a gym. It is also located a bit outside of the city centre, but most people drive a bike or car in Rayong so it's not a big issue.

Lobby is safe as of all guests have to pass by. Swimming pool is quite easy to access the guest can comfort using it. Breakfast has full option of food. Staff is helpful and response quickly. The design comfort with UD design from designer.

Seminar room and visitors access on same route as well as area is mixed. Therefore swimming pool is a good example of not privacy zone. Most of the area fabric with tiles then a bit noisy from trolley.

Amazing hotel, centrally located and right near a night market. Room is fitted with a very comfortable bed, smart tv and fast Wi-Fi which is suitable for working online (zoom and everything worked perfectly) Restaurant in the hotel with delicious food for a really good price.

Close to mall, night market right out the side, massage and 7/11 nearby. Breakfast is ok much option for western. There was a university young group there the night we were there so a little noisy. This is the third time we have stayed there.

If busy can hear doors shut and hallway noise. Pool is out front but bushes give you privacy.

The location is perfect. The hotel is in the city center close to everything - hospital, market, food. The room was clean and comfy. The wifi was excellent since the router sits in the room.

Only a little inconvenience at the Breakfast area which prevents our group from sitting together. Even they asked for breakfast time pre-booking, the problem still cannot be managed.
