Convenient place to stay for business at Mahidol University. Large spacious rooms, well maintained, clean and comfortable. Small kitchen allows you to prepare meals. Close to multiple eating places and convenience stores.

No pots and pans to allow you to cook on the stove top. No dish washing liquid or cleaning materials limiting use of the kitchen. Rodents in the ceiling.

I was staying during the 3-day Thailand International Jazz Conference.Several of the scheduled workshops & performances extended past the 6 pm shuttle service operation hours, & there was no service at all on the last day of the conference (Sunday). Since taxi service is limited at night & walking back from the conference to the distant hotel is dangerous, maybe the shuttle service could be adjusted.

The hotel is very convenient to the university. The rooms are large and bright and clean. The staff is friendly.

The staff don’t really speak English. There js enough to check in and check out but not not enough to answer questions about the property, the neighborhood it local transportation the location is near Mahidol and there are many places to eat but it’s inconvenient to Bangkok center and public transit. .

The service in the hotel is great, receptionists are very friendly, the cleanliness of the place can't be better. There are many shops and restaurants around and it's very close to Thai Film Archive and its cinema and museum.

In the kitchen, there is an induction cooker but you won't find anything to actually use it (a pot or a pan would be nice?).

good location with lots of amenities around the hotel, huge rooms that were very comfy with a seating area and kitchenette, nice pool outside and wonderful staff that ere very helpful

the wifi was complicated and not easy to get set up. there was a different wifi in the room than for the rest of the hotel and was not easy to work out

Excellent hotel; my room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely big bathtub. The property is quiet and peaceful but within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, and bars so you’re never isolated.

No underground car park ( have to park in open air area, cause underground car park is not for hotel guests).

Good hotel and breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly . Unfortunately didn’t have time for swim

Very clean room and a exceptionally comfortable bed. Small kitchen with fridge and induction stove. Good furniture. Staff was friendly as well. Laundry machines available, as well as water dispensers in the hallway.
