Plenty of breakfast choices.Thai menu is change everyday include Thai desserts.Love Frsh Milk,coffe machine and Xaomi steam oven.Salad dressing also gets healthy olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Fitness Room has many equipments in well function. Roof Top Garden is worth a visit in the morning or evening. Staffs is standard

In room One of wall sockets beside bed was not function properly.Staff told me to use the other socket instead but I needed to use more than 1 socket there.So I asked for extension plug then they got me one. Soda cans could be Coke which is much favorable. If it has foot bath warming woulde be excellent.

From the moment we got there we felt welcomed. The guard guided us into parking and was so polite and helpful. The reception staff were all smiles and helpful. The room was spotless and had all amenities. The bed was super comfortable. The restaurant was great with a good menu and manager was very attentive.

I couldn’t get the tv to work but my other travel companions had theirs working.

Very comfortable bed, with added bonus of having a selection of different pillow sizes and softness. Underrated feature in a hotel.

Hot water wasn't quite hot enough (I did visit during the coldest weather Surin has probably ever experienced, so normally this wouldn't be an issue. Veiw out of my window was unfortunately restricted to Surin ;)

Breakfast is amazing, we really enjoyed our breakfast everyday all the food was delicious also staff were friendly and helpful.

The washing machines in our room is very noisy, it’s better if you can fixed it.

Everything about this hotel has been thought out for the comfort and convenience of travellers. All furnishings and facilities are of excellent quality. There were many extra touches, like ample space for luggage, good lighting and lots of hanging space. All staff were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange transportation for us to several places of interest. We were served in English. Breakfast was ample with a good variety of choices in a pleasant setting. We enjoyed the rooftop sitting areas on the 3rd and 4th floors.

The elevator did not start at the entrance but required us to walk up a flight of stairs every time we entered. Staff were quick to transport our luggage up these steps. This was not a big problem for us, but could be for some.

Breakfast was great with different variety of Thai foods each day. Plus fresh fruits.

The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable pillows. We checked in around 830pm, their staffs was going to charge us 10 bath per day for asking for another blanket for my son. We stayed there from 12/18/23-1/3/24, family’s Suite.

Very clean everywhere. Good breakfast. Very nice staff. Good fitness room. Great shower.

Couple of the pillows were really poor. Breakfast was very poor if you're not Thai. Even for a Thai it wasn't very good.

Excellent location as we were visiting a friend in hospital and it was 20 mts away 😁 The roof top garden was great to sit and relax between visiting times 👍

There were no complaints about our stay

The hotel looks a lot better on the inside than the outside. The room is modern very clean and bigger than usual. The gym is also very clean with lots of equipment.

The breakfast did not have many vegitarian options.
