Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Not centrally located so you will need to rent a bike or car to get into central Surin (5 minutes away). Room was very clean and modern. loved the bathroom & shower. Hotel was inexpensive and the staff were just lovely. Anything I asked for was not a problem

They need a pool. it was really hot and a dip in a pool would have been nice. There is room behind the property for this so please add one. They were also doing construction at the site. I heard hammering and power saws. would have been nice to have been informed of this before arriving

Staff were professional, courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, including complementary coffee,creamer,water,crisps,fruit and soda - which were replenished regularly. Breakfast was varied and super tasty too! We ate in the hotel - mainly because we were anxious about the walk into town because of the packs of dogs - but this was a very positive experience. The menu was varied and the food extremely tasty!

We didn’t mind that we were on the edge of town as we like to walk. Sadly the packs of angry and aggressive dogs that lined the route from just beyond the hotel door made this walk dangerous and challenging, especially at night. It is worth noting this if you plan to walk out from the hotel. We relied on the hotel to organise a taxi to and from the MotoGP - which they did superbly. However, their driver let us down on the morning of our flight out of Buriram. We waited in reception at 6am as requested, but he didn’t turn up. To the absolute credit of the guy on reception, he eventually got a replacement driver - who drove like the wind to get us to the airport with only minutes to spare. It was extremely stressful.

Amazing hotel. Friendly helpful smiling , fantastic breakfast . There was an evacuation going on due to some international issue. Staff didn't fuss. Just the best. Rooms are lovely food great. Just a pleasurable stay . Thankyou for making the turbulent times more tolerable.

Reading lamp near the bed. Provided lamp totally inadequate for reading. No international TV programs!

A proper western style toilet which was in excellent condition which is very rare in rural Thailand. Very clean and price was reasonable. Breakfast included was excellent with a really good range.

Corridors were very dark and gloomy when getting to the room. Location fine for car but not so good if walking.

All the hotel staff were very helpful The room was large and spotlessly clean and very comfortable Wifi worked very well and consistently

The breakfast could be a little more interesting. The foods and beverages could be labelled in English as well as just Thai

Ideally located for elephant festival. Well placed for Surin and surrounding area. Buffet breakfast and other meals to order. Ample car parking. Staff polite and friendly. We asked and got 3 rooms together. Room and bathroom clean and roomy.

No international tv and internet strength varied.

Everything! The staff were all wonderful, the venue was clean, it was close to the city centre... It's everything I want from a hotel, 110% worth the price!
