We were hesitant about this property in such a small town, but it was actually very clean and we really enjoyed our one night stay here. We had a spacious room with a balcony and a nice view. The price for one night was really cheap and we even had a breakfast here. It was also only a 13 minute walk from the train station. I would definitely recommend this place for a short stay.

There aren’t many food restaurants around this place, so we had to walk quite a bit to find one.

The surroundings of the place are beautiful. There's a patio where you can enjoy your breakfast from. The room was spacious, with a small balcony, clean, well-lighted and tidy. The staff was very attentive and kind. The place has some eateries and convenience stops around, including a market and is within walking distance from the railway station.

The location - it's not as central as booking makes it out to be. The breakfast would benefit from some variety from one day to the other. Nothing big though.

All of the staff were very kind and polite with every detail of our stay. We had a comfortable standard room. The location was great. We loved the chicken and rice for breakfast! We will be returning to stay here when we visit Thailand again. Thank you to Khun Peechit and staff.

Outstanding value. Simple but functional rooms. We were just staying overnight, traveling early. Prefect, not far from hwy 11. Lots of street food within walking distance. Security in the spacious parking lot.

Breakfast is very basic. Jok and coffee. Toast and jam. But for the price, it's a steal. Very comfortable.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating, we arrived last minute late at night for an emergency stop in our trip up to chiang mai. We wanted to find a shop to buy a phone charger and the staff told us where to go and even gave us a couple of push bikes to get us there quicker. Rooms were clean and beds nice and big. Breakfast was satisfactory for a freebie. Rooms are pretty cheap too. Would recommend to anyone.

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with a separate sitting area. it’s in a quiet area and has very nice landscaping. We stayed in a king room in a one story separate building. very comfortable. the receptionist called for a taxi for us.
