The breakfast was great and the hotel is amazing—this is my second time staying here. The only downside is that it's not very close to the city center; it's not within walking distance, so you'll need to take a taxi. That said, everything else is excellent—the variety at breakfast, the cleanliness, and the overall service. I definitely recommend it, and the next time I'm in Sfax, I’ll stay here again!

The hotel met our expectations and well above. It's a place full of lovely details, both in terms of decoration and service. The breakfast so far was the best we had in Tunisia. Lovely to have a great cup of coffee, not too strong as everywhere else. Rooms smelled nicely. The swimming pool was a big extra. All staff members work hard and are very friendly.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. To be honest, if I visit Sfax again, I will definitely choose this hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options, and the bed was very comfortable. Honestly, I would rate it 11 out of 10!

Very comfortable beds, extremely clean and smart hotel with free secure off-street parking. Good wifi in the room. Welcome basket of fruit was nice. Decent breakfast selection.

The restaurant is poor value, not great food but high prices. The hotel room was excellent but there are far better eating options within a few minutes walk.

The facilities of this hotel is very good, it has lift and sizeable swimming, and a very good restaurant which high quality food. The included breakfast is of very high quality, we also have dinner in the restaurant, the food and services are good with reasonable price.

The street the hotel located is a bit not in line with the hotel class.

Great location. This is a 5-star hotel and you can see why. The service was exceptional. They have a pool, spa and restaurant. Room is very spacious. Great double bed. Breakfast is great as well. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The two night I stayed, they had photoshoots, which was very off putting. I felt I couldn’t relax when they were in the lobby. I know why they did it, was to make money. But, as a guest, it’s definitely not comfortable. Sorry, I just found it not great. If I was told prior, that this was happening, I could have made a decision and not booked.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The pool was very good, the restaurants were excelent and the staff was very friendly. In the hotel all is very clean. It is near some institutes from the university. Good restaurants in the neiborhood.

I really enjoyed the stay. It was an excellent experience. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and confortable and very well equipped. I also enjoyed the breakfast so much.
