The property was very clean and comfortable. The staff at reception and in the breakfast room were both competent & friendly. Parking was easy & the breakfast was good.

The biggest problem we had was no wi-fi in the room. My husband was able to pull the desk chair up to the door to the room and get wi-fi but that was neither comfortable nor convenient. The elevator was quirky, sometimes accepting our room card key & sometimes not. There are too few room outlets for modern electronic needs. Finally, there are no good restaurants within walking distance.

The Borj is an outstanding value for comfortable luxury in Tunisia. Well appointed, with modern comforts, it is centrally located with secure private parking. Impeccably quiet for a good night's rest, the breakfast is a treat for the morning. The restaurant and bar offer reasonably priced beers but we had seafood dinner at the port. Overall, amazing value if one overnights in Sfax

The breakfast was great and the hotel is amazing—this is my second time staying here. The only downside is that it's not very close to the city center; it's not within walking distance, so you'll need to take a taxi. That said, everything else is excellent—the variety at breakfast, the cleanliness, and the overall service. I definitely recommend it, and the next time I'm in Sfax, I’ll stay here again!

The hotel met our expectations and well above. It's a place full of lovely details, both in terms of decoration and service. The breakfast so far was the best we had in Tunisia. Lovely to have a great cup of coffee, not too strong as everywhere else. Rooms smelled nicely. The swimming pool was a big extra. All staff members work hard and are very friendly.

Staff super nice, breakfast is delicious. Room is nice, bathroom was equipped with all kinds of stuff like loofah, toothbrushes, shampoo and shower gel from fancy local brand, and more. Room cleaning is at any desired moment. Really great place, highly recommend it.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. To be honest, if I visit Sfax again, I will definitely choose this hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options, and the bed was very comfortable. Honestly, I would rate it 11 out of 10!

The restaurant is poor value, not great food but high prices. The hotel room was excellent but there are far better eating options within a few minutes walk.

The hotel makes you feel like home, it's perfect! They treat you like a king. The room was beautiful. The bed was dreamy comfortable. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable night after a long trip

The facilities of this hotel is very good, it has lift and sizeable swimming, and a very good restaurant which high quality food. The included breakfast is of very high quality, we also have dinner in the restaurant, the food and services are good with reasonable price.
