Excellent hotel and services; staff was very friendly, and I enjoyed the buffet offering for dinner at the restaurant. I was impressed with the room, much above any other Ibis hotel I have booked in the past.

I had mosquitos in my room, maybe some sort of net protection at the windows could have helped, as I wanted some fresh air in the room. For the breakfast, more diversity for fresh vegetables could be nice.

Great breakfast, lots of variety, very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, comfy beds, pool is small but nice, good food (seafood spaghetti was delicious, lots of seafood), great value for money.

Fridge, kettle and coffee/ tea in the room would have been nice, but not a deal breaker.

We were greeted with charm and efficiency; our room was warm and comfortable; restaurant was good, with a huge choice, and very reasonably priced; housekeeping supplied us with kettle, cups, milk etc, and an extra pillow pretty much instantly; smiling and very efficient laundry service; great shower.. fantastic service throughout.

Nice room, good breakfast. The medina is about 20 minutes walking distance.

The hotel organised a Karaoke evening outside close to my hotel room. Luckily they stopped at 22:30. The buffet was good but expensive (21 euro). To get to the hotel by your own car can be tricky, Sfax is a big city with chaotic traffic.

Everyone was extremely friendly. Everything was really clean. The breakfast was exceptional. The drinks and snacks at the pool cafe were delicious. We had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. We will definitely stay there the next time we visit our friends in Sfax and would surely recommend it to others. It’s the nicest Ibis we have ever stayed at.

Great place for a stopover on the way to the desert. Room was comfortable and food in the restaurant and bar were good. We enjoyed the pool area. Staff were helpful and changed our room when we requested.

Rooms are quite small for a family of four, although we were moved to a larger room when we asked. Service is a bit slow in the bar.

Modern, clean hotel with great room facilities - especially great shower with plenty of hot water.

just a small issue with the staff in the bar where the pool is. we sat and waited to be served however we weren’t so we stood and ordered at the bar still didn’t bring my coffee so I went to remind them and again in all the other days we felt ignored so much so. we mentioned it to the staff directly they just said they didn’t see us!! how !! no way they just choose to ignor us unfortunately

The staff was friendly and the hotel is clean, well situated and tasteful

The meals were expensive for what was included, not enough choice for cereal, and the juice jugs are always empty, there are never any mugs, but the staff is good about getting you juice or coffee if you ask for it

We arrived by motorcycle after a long day of rain and wind, we were cold and wet, and so was our small dog. The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the dinner buffet was just what we needed

Our dog was allowed in the room, but not in the eating area. I understand this.
