Reception staff were perfect. Leave the others…

No hot water in the breakfast, since many years, still no hot water. I asked but they said that is what they can do. It was a normal water. They put it from bottle. It is cold water. I did mot drink it and left. So no tea drink option in your hotel . Check yourself please. It is very easy. You will put water inside the teapot, then will push the button then wait until the button released itself. Sorry but this his is not Radisson. If you do not understand I will explain you again. You say that it is 5 star hotel but no hot water for tea!!! Are you ok????

Great room, great value, great location. Clean and had everything we expected. Location was a short walk away to restaurants, sites, and louage, bus, and train stations. Would gladly stay again.

The only thing that didn't go well was trying to order room service, a relatively minor thing. It was a massive headache. We phoned the front desk, who didn't direct us to the rooftop restaurant, which is who has a wider menu. We then had to go in person to order, and then when the food came, we had to go back upstairs to the restaurant to actually pay, thereby defeating the purpose of room service.

Very mixed bag. Very friendly staff, secure parking garage (free), spacious room, comfy bed, good shower, safe in room, good breakfast buffet included. I got a very good deal on this site, but otherwise not worth the full normal Radisson price, because..

The pool on the rooftop could be a treat but it was dirty. Like, afraid to swim in it dirty.. Pigeons drinking from it, algae everywhere. A little bit of chlorine would go a long way here. Constant problems with the wifi and the tv connection in my room. Twice they had to fix it and twice it feel out again. The staff was as helpful as they could but it was a bit annoying anyway

Firstly all the staff in this hotel are amazing. Especially Imen on reception and the rest of her lovely colleagues. We checked in and were given welcome drinks. The room was stunning and amazing value for money. The bed was extremely comfortable so much so we didn’t want to wake up in the mornings. We were given an upgrade too and it was very much appreciated. The suite was stunning and my daughter was given a sofa bed in the living room. She was very comfortable too. Each room of the suite had modern smart TVs with Netflix, prime etc. Great when you have kids that want to watch a movie in the evening. Breakfast was delicious too and we even invited guests to accompany us to eat to try the food as well. Location is brilliant right in the middle of town. This has become our favourite hotel in Tunisia and we can’t wait to come back and stay again. Thank you Raddison Hotel Sfax ❤️

Nothing at all. It was perfect.

The Radisson Hotel is conveniently located for visiting Sfax, near the Medina and the lively port area full of bars and restaurants. The hotel has many attractions that we did not use: swimming pool, spa, rooftop bar.... already from the rooms you have a beautiful view, in our case on the Medina. The rooms are very large, clean, equipped with all comforts. The corridors on the floors have a dark moquette impossible to keep clean with the coming and going of guests, unfortunately.

We had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Sfax. We booked a room for 3 for 2 nights to enjoy a trip with family for my wedding in Sfax. We were offered a free room upgrade and our room was spacious and clean. The staff were welcoming and friendly and really went above and beyond so that we enjoyed our wedding. We had an issue with the bath leaking in our room and were immediately moved to another room with the help of some staff. Such a stress free time on the most exciting day of our lives. Thank you Radisson so going that extra mile to make our stay so special! Special shout out to the security team who went out at 2am to get food for us when we arrived back from our wedding starving! He is amazing and a credit to the team! Thank you!!

The Radisson Sfax is a world of it's own, upholding the standards of Radisson in any location. The room was exceptionally clean, and I was upgraded to a junior suite which was large indeed, and most comfortable. The breakfast has extensive choice, and was very good. The staff were helpful. The hotel was exceptional value for money.

The hotel was perhaps too good at insulating you from the location, I could have been anywhere in the world. By day I could walk safely to the impressive walled Medina, but by night the immediate vicinity was not so welcoming with stray dogs following you. The photos of the roof terrace & pool were tempting, but at the time of my stay the pool was surrounded by an active building site/ refurbishment project, so I didn't swim.

Location, staff (specially the restaurant manager Ramzi), amazing dinner buffet-excellent idea of offering buffet for dinner. I wholeheartedly recommend the variety of delicious food for dinner buffet.

Slow check in and the outdoor parking outside was far from what it should have been. We initially parked there and we were told the underground parking was full, but after we complained about the safety of the outdoor parking, suddenly they found a place for us in the underground car parking. Apart from that, excellent service

Modern hotel. Excellent room. Good location near the medina. Excellent breakfast.

All good except the air con was switched off centrally by the hotel. We were told to open the window instead. I think this was because being April it wasn't considered hot enough yet by Tunisians. However our room was 25 degrees which for us northern Europeans is on the hot side to sleep in.
