A Professional Perspective from the Tourism Sector Room n: 4401,4402 My trip to the city of Tabarka was after a 13-year absence, and I returned to the same place, LA CIGALE. From the moment you enter the main door, you are greeted by a smile on the employee's face. The check-in process is another story, showcasing professionalism in a dedicated area. The only suggestion I have is to eliminate the paperwork required for guest information. The food is exceptionally delicious; we had dinner at the Italian restaurant, which I highly recommend to everyone. I would like to thank the entire team, with a special mention to the Guest Relations Manager, Ms. Rania, who responded to all our requests without hesitation and exemplified professionalism. The greatest treasure that should be preserved is the hotel staff. Moreover, the level of attention given to golf and landscaping is truly impressive and entails significant expenses. In conclusion, I recommend that anyone visiting Tunisia choose this hotel without any second thoughts. I also hope that the Ministry of Tourism will eliminate hotels operating under an all-inclusive system and focus on quality tourism instead.

Upon arriving at La Cigale Tabarka, I was instantly swept into a realm of luxury and warmth, thanks largely to Mrs. Rania, the Director of Guest Services. Her professionalism and warmth set the stage for a memorable visit. I also extend my gratitude to Mr. Emad, the Hotel Manager, whose leadership undoubtedly permeates throughout the premises, and Dr. Anis, the Spa Manager, who ensures every spa experience is a rejuvenating journey. Each space at La Cigale exuded elegance, from the pristine grounds to the superb dining experiences at the Italian Crown and Golf restaurants, each offering a feast for the senses. I was particularly impressed by the rich flavors and artful presentation at the Italian Crown. I must also commend Fadel and Nizar at the Corail Restaurant, whose exceptional service and culinary delights added a special touch to our meals. The hotel itself felt like a slice of paradise, nestled in lush greenery with a stunningly designed golf course featuring three picturesque lakes. As I departed, I promised to return, enchanted by the unique blend of hospitality, beauty, and tranquility that La Cigale offered. It’s not merely a hotel; it's a magical experience that beckons you back, time and again.

Amazing stuff, everyone smiling at you and trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible The view is just amazing, the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The food was also a big highlight it was really hard to stop myself from trying everything in the buffet. We loved every part of our stay

One thing only the Spa was a bit disappointing, the Hammam was way too hot than it should be which made the experience a bit uncomfortable. I also found the massage a bit dull as my masseuse was most likely texting during the session.

Amazing view, spotless surroundings, and incredibly welcoming staff! Everyone was smiling and went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. Hats off to the entire team at La Cigale! It was the perfect destination for our fifth anniversary. This was our third visit to La Cigale, and once again, it did not disappoint!

We would have preferred to have one king bed instead of two twin beds! It wasn’t very confortable to sleep in.

This is my second time at La Cigale, and honestly, I don’t regret it at all. First of all, the quality of service and the comfort provided by the staff are remarkable. The hotel is always clean, the staff is welcoming, and they are always available to assist and gather feedback from guests. The food is varied and of good quality

The wine list to be somewhat limited, but the essentials are there. For the price of the stay, the breakfast could be much better.

I actually made this booking for my parents as a gift for the birthday of my mom. My parents loved everything: the welcome, the food, the very nice staff.. really these people went above and beyond for everything. Since it was to celebrate my mom's birthday, I asked the hotel staff through booking.com to leave a short word for my mom to wish her a happy birthday from her son. Guess what they did!!! They brought her a birthday cake as a surprise to in her room!! I haven't thought of the birthday cake and I haven't paid for it. They just did it! It might be seem like a small detail and a cake won't cost that much, but it's about the surprise effect, about the thought they put into it and the extra mile they went. I really really recommend this hotel, you will be positively surprised! Thank you so much for all what you've done!

The check-in process was incredibly fast and efficient, which set a great tone for the rest of my stay. The breakfast was undoubtedly the highlight of my stay. The selection was absolutely amazing, with both local specialties and international dishes that were delicious and satisfying. It was, without a doubt, the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The variety could be expanded, as I missed a bit more flavor or different options in the evening meals.
