Warm and Cozy place, private sauna was really good. Room had authentic vibe. Breakfast was good. They have good Wine portfolio. We liked the main dishes. Live music and the ambient was pretty good. There is direct access to river. We liked the area. Perfect for romance vibes

Jacuzzi could be more clean. It was dusty from not being used for a long time because it was off season. But I am sure if we would report they could support us regarding the issue. Overall everything was OK

Fantastic place. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast but we didn't want to eat the same thing for 7 days. We wanted to change the menu but there was no option. A beautiful hotel with a beautiful view on the veranda with swimming turtles and fish. There are very beautiful beaches near the hotel.

I don't recommend turning on the Jacuzzi, the water smelled very bad and lasted for a long time throughout the room. Taking a shower was not comfortable.

Tone and volume of the live music, breakfast, comfort and size of the bed, wardrobe and bathroom are wide and spacious.

The rooms nearby the pool are very noisy and kids noise playing in the pool sounds like they are in your room. Since our room was nearby the pool, inside our room is very visible and lacks privacy in terms of eyesight and voices. This facilty should be "adults only" due to small common area and facilities appealing mostly romantic couples. The queen room with spa was our first booking however the bathroom and spa shares more than half size of the total space. Thus, total size of the room is a bit misleading

Agva is a very small village just outside Istanbul, which is on the Black Sea but has a lovely scenic river running through it. The location is amazing as it sits just on the river. Having breakfast, lunch or dinner on the water's edge is a must. The manager, who seemed very multi-tasked, was extremely helpful, taking us on a boat ride (free), and ensuring we had all we needed during our one day stay. In the evening, we had a live singer and we stayed around the fire, which was really enjoyable.

Agva is a very small place and could be extremely quiet. Otherwise, a really lovely place.

The lodge has a quiet, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, the room was stunning and very cozy, the staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing, and the restaurant itself has a very cozy and warm atmosphere. I enjoyed eating there as much as I enjoyed the excellent breakfast itself. Our room was equipped with a jacuzzi, it worked flawlessly and the water temperature was excellent. The amenities and toiletries are a plenty, and the towels were very clean. Overall an excellent stay, and an even more excellent hotel staff to which I have many thanks for.

The car parking was on a down slope and parking there was difficult. But the hotel staff are very helpful and they will guide you through if you have troubles parking.

The food was exceptional here and meze and breakfasts were more than enough. Landscaping was done beautifully. Free access to the boat and water bikes were a nice touch. Pool was perfect temp and kept immaculately clean. Absolutely the best property in the area that we saw and have experienced.

There really was not much that wasn’t excellent. The only thing I can comment on is the lack of reliable wifi. The login process is over complicated which you have to do each time you connect, when you do connect wifi is 50/50 if there is a connection. Apparently that is a regional issue with Turkcell. This being managed would have made a 100% score from me.

Quality of the restaurant and the service, and especially the deserts with extra-chocolate sauce. The waiters in the restaurant were very polite, welcoming and warm. Live music was great during evenings

Nothing, it was just to short

Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Great place for a calm trip. Best location on the river at the end of all the hotels, so you can also take a boat trip/pedalo down the quieter side of the river with very few boats - very peaceful. We had the room with the private hammam and it was really worth it - so relaxing. Food was great - worth getting half board if you plan on spending time at the hotel.

We ordered the king suite, it was very impressive. Huge room, very big bed, balcony with river view, Jacuzi, sauna, and more. The staff was very nice, the service is good. We used river bycicle on the river, it was included. The breakfast was very nice, the dinner was very nice as well, only 140TL for person (excluding drinks)

We didn't like that they charged us 100TL for coffee during the breakfast. We paid 5,000 TL per night, so we expected coffee to be included. Thanks for the stay!
